My husband and I stopped by here 2 days ago to get soil for plants. Upon entering the store, one can see this huge display of Halloween (creepy and fun) decorations on sale. Although the decorations caught our attention we didn't buy any. We browsed around the store to see if we needed anything else besides soil. I've purchased many things here including annual and perennial plants, organic soil, resin and clay planters, plastic and clay saucers, housekeeping items and more. They have reasonable prices for all of your gardening needs.Although the store closes at 8pm, it seems the garden center closes earlier. One of the store employees told me that last time we visited.

Looking for mouse trap today and I'm glad I came here. Rather than ordering from Amazon, you can get it here right at the moment. Plenty of parking and close to Manhattan which is a great plus.

I'm on a mission to hit every Home Depot in NYC and so far this is second worst (after the Bed-Stuy location on Nostrand). The elevators to the upstairs parking lot are broken AF . They layout is horrible, with the gardening items spread across three different sections. In the hour I was here this evening, no staff in the outdoor nursery. I asked six different staff members indoors if they could have somebody come out to unlock a wheelbarrow for me and of course nobody ever came.

Kitchen Design. I need everyone to meet Brittany. She's 22my Design Consultant to complete my kitchen renovation at the Home Depot Brooklyn. She worked with me and if she didn't know an answer to a question, she would get the answer expeditiously. She worked around my schedule, cancellations and other eccentricities. She's the BEST.

Beware. They prey on elderly customers. I purchased an outdoor grill for my father, and paid for next day delivery so we could BBQ for Memorial Day weekend. He received a call saying they just delivered it, but when he went outside, there was no grill. I came over and checked everywhere and asked the neighbors - no sign of any delivery. I have called the Home Depot help line, and each time they say the store is "looking into it" and will call me back. Never heard from them. Please do not shop here, and DO NOT let elderly customers deal with this store. They will be scammed. If you must purchase something from here, make sure you use a good credit card that can dispute charges.

BUYER BEWARE Wish I could give zero stars. Cancelled a reservation less than 2 hours before pickup because they never had the equipment in stock. They could have simply not confirmed the reservation and I would have. made alternate plans, but because of their failure I lost time, money, and most importantly professional credibility. I have been a loyal Home Depot customer for 10 years but will seriously hesitate before giving them my business again.

She don't know how to handle few pieces of cutted wood , that's we forgot how many before it cutted , first she try to find label on the back of the each cutted wood , not work ! second she try to putting all same color wood together to see if from one piece of same wood , still not work ... also she asked if the guy who help us cutting the wood will know how many pieces we got , this just make me mad and pissed off ! I told her how is the guy will Pay attention of how many pieces of wood we had before we cut we told her we in rush but she just keep doing her way and holding the long line again , acting like no rush at all , i said can u hurry ? She's like well u guy forgot how many pieces before cutting the wood that's your problem I'm here to help u guy out ! Then I asked if she new she said no I been here for 2 mons , then I said yes that's mean your are new !then she starting say I have bad attitude, anyway, this was after 35 mins already, we still not get this done , finally next cashier jump in to help us check out , the new guy was trying to check out asap because he know we are in rush ! but this new girl keep trying to explain to the guy said I have attitude this and that.... , than I said to her u know what I'm sorry u are right , can u check out my stuff asap ! she still don't want to give up keep explain to the guy ! oh one last thing she charge us for bag fee which we didn't get or ask for I guess she did it on purpose. This new girl need more experience and training not holding the long line for this fews pieces of woods! she doesn't care if the line was long as hell !

Had a great experience with Vernon--he helped me find something, and then I happened to run into him later in my visit, and he taught me how to use a tool! Super great

Had two buffers fail on the job. Had a clueless salesperson who waited for me to select and bring hardware to their desk. I also found the unrepaired items back on the floor after I returned them. Unfixed. And on top of it all they're expensive. I don't rent there anymore.

Do not purchase windows from Home Depot!! BEWARE!!! I spent $16k on windows 1 yr ago and still waiting on the correct screens!After numerous emails and phone calls, they are refusing to issue an adjustment or store credit for services that were not received in timely manner. UNACCEPTABLE UNPROFESSIONAL DISGUSTING WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.. ZERO STARS...

Doing a major renovation in the Summer of 2021 post Covid is hard. Especially when contractor is complaining about rising prices on materials. So when I had a big order (two pallets of Tile) and another pallet of Wood Flooring that needed to be delivered, they messed up and delivered half the order, delaying the job. I rescheduled for the following week, and an associate ticked off the wrong type of truck (should have been a flat bed per her manager). Kicked it down the road, and trying for another week the manager says they couldn't do the appointed time either and wants to reschedule. After waiting the same day when I had laborers waiting. Twice. Do not trust them to deliver product to you when you need it.
