The owner, Mohamad, provides excellent customer service to his clients. He works all day long six days a week, but is always friendly, upbeat, laughing, and greeting you (and the neighbors) with a smile. This place is an absolute gem and being a woman, they didn’t make me feel ashamed for not knowing certain things about my car but instead, they gently explained what was happening and how to fix it. They’re basically a one stop shop. They do electrical, body work, alarms, diagnostics plus so much more. I’d recommend them.

This business double parks the cars that it works on in the active traffic lane. If you leave your car here, you are opening yourself up to getting a ticket because these guys want to steal public space and block honest people who are just trying to use the street.

He may be a good mechanic according to other reviews, BUT...... Very poor management skills. I had an appointment to bring my car in, when I arrived he said he is two busy, bring it back in a couple days. NOT HAPPENING.... Now I lost my parking spot and rearranged other appointments for nothing. Forums another mechanic same day after this happened and he said give him 45 minutes and he will take care of it. Now that's great customer service.

My car broke down in Park Slope, found these guys on Yelp. While they weren't able to completely fix the issue, they got the old beast moving and they did it honestly and affordably.

Mohammad is the best! We have been taking our cars here for at least 10 years. Before that we took them to several different auto shops in Brooklyn but none of them were comparable to this one. Muhammad is always very reasonable in his pricing, and he never tries to overcharge. And he always stands by his repairs as well, if there is a problem in the future he is always happy to check back on it and fix as needed. Our current car has been serviced exclusively by Mohammad for the past 5 to 7 years and it is still going strong. I love how Mohammad fixes our car. Mohammad is the best!

If you have to get your car fixed, take it here. Hands down the best mechanic in Central Brooklyn and no one paid me to say that. Mohammed (sp?) who’s the lead mechanic or owner (not sure what his title is) is incredibly friendly and fair. It’s almost hard to believe that there’s a mechanic out there who isn’t trying to screw you but - judging by my great experience there it’s true. Highly recommend and there’s a reason why they are a 4.4.Service: Body & Trim

As a woman, a lot of auto shops will try to get over on you, but not Mohammed! He is extremely honest, kind and his prices are great. The turn around time is usually very quick and they always do a thorough job. Would highly recommend!
