They somehow got ahold of my card information, card is only a few weeks old, I never use it online. Main places are gas stations, I'm also on the west coast. A $20 transaction just went through.

Went there for one thing and got it no problem. Even came with stuff to wire it around the house. Flat wire was exactly what I needed to pass right through the door. Very happy with my purchase

I ordered a laptop in February and have yet to receive my shipment. I have spoken to customer service 3 separate times and each time they apologized for the delay and will expedite the shipment. They also promised a shipping tracking number via email which was never received. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Very deceitful and fraudulent. I placed an order for a laptop over three weeks ago. My money was taken and I am yet to receive any information about the shipping. I tried to contact them through all the communication routes they provided but got no response from them. I have sent emails and left voice messages demanding a refund and still nothing. I believe these are con artists and this is a scam . The long arm of the law will catch up with them soon and I am already making sure that happens.

Luckily I didn't have to go rounds with these people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!! I can not stress this enough! I ordered a laptop so I can work from home and paid extra for priority shipping. Purchase was made on 03/27/2020. Would have been delivered no later than 03/31/2020. I never received a tracking number or a site to track it. Tried calling the numbers for them multiple times and it would tonight forever and hang up. Never spoke to a live person. I was nice in my first email I sent on 03/31/2020 requesting and update on the ETA for it's deliver. Got nothing back. The next day I received a response from "Sam" saying that my order had shipped on (blank), and could track it using (blank). They said that there was a link in the email I could track it on, but there was no such thing . I emailed them back and told them to cancel the order entirely and too refund my money. This "company" had not emailed me back since and they did not refund my money. I had to file a dispute with my bank in order to get my money back. Do not waste your time!! Their website shows that they are based out of California, Google says New York and the phone numbers provided for "Customer service" are from Ohio and New York. Big ol shammy sham scam!!

Total scam for real. Purchased a laptop March 9. They said it was shipped March 26, as of now April 18, still no laptop. They took my money and I cannot reach them at all. Now the site server cannot be reached. I will NEVER again. Total scam. They should be punished for taking advantage of people in this time.

Beware, total scam. Terrible company, all other reviews are accurate. Finally received the POS laptop only to find it will not charge. They advertise new battery, the one in mine was dated 11/05.I need to find a way to file a bbb complaint.

DO NOT purchase anything from this company. Ordered laptop on Feb 9, 2020, money was taken out of my account the next day. As of today March 5, 2020 laptop has not been shipped. Every time I call to inquire, I'm told it will arrive in 3 days with expedited shipping. Even given a tracking number that shows it has not left the warehouse. Terrible customer relations, always have to leave a call back number, and they don't call back. I have been promised twice for a refund that has not materialized. I would not give this company one star, but I have to , to be able to post my review.
