“Hands down the best auto/body shop in all of new york, if i could give this place an even higher review I would, if you've ever dealt with a collision you know the process can be very frustrating and finding the perfect mechanic is very hard nowdays. When i found this place i knew that they would have me as a customer for life ive been going to this place for about 2 years now and i have to say that Mike is the most experienced most trustworthy mechanic i know. He specializes in german cars and is an expert at what he does. As you can see below i had very heavy front right damage which required a lot of work, Mike and his entire team were very professional and a very fast turnaround. When i picked up my car it looked better then when it left Germany. All the panels were perfectly aligned and the accident was unnoticeable. If you need a trustworthy mechanic with very reasonable prices who can do almost anything, this is the place.”

“Josh Auto Repair is by far the BEST Repair shop in Brooklyn. My battery and alternator went down in front of my house and Tito (the mechanic) came to my house and attached his own booster to my dead battery to allow me to follow him back to the shop, where he did an Outstanding job on replacing my dead battery and alternator in a timely manner and got me back on the road. “I brought my 2017 Audi A6 to Urban Classics Auto Repair after getting a pretty shocking diagnosis from the Audi dealership. The dealership told me my engine mounts were blown and quoted me just over $4,000 to fix them. A friend recommended Urban Classics, so I decided to get a second opinion.
Not only did Urban Classics quote me about half of what Audi wanted, they also discovered that my cooling fan was broken — something the dealership never mentioned. They fixed both issues, and even with the additional repair, my total cost was still less than Audi’s quote for the engine mounts alone.
I also want to mention Max, the senior mechanic who helped me throughout the process. He was straightforward, patient, and really took the time to explain what was wrong and how they were fixing it. His professionalism made the entire experience much easier.
I just picked up my A6, and I genuinely forgot how good this car is supposed to feel. The vibration is completely gone, the acceleration is smooth again, and the whole drive feels brand new. It honestly hasn’t driven this well in years.
