Since I brought my things to the storage facility I have been pleased with the cleanliness and access to my unit. I rarely would have any interaction with the staff and when I do the customer service for me is pleasant. I would have given five stars but it is a bit pricey after a while and the time frame to gain access to units or short but understood. I do like the fact that you do need your security code to gain access into the building including into the elevator. I do my payments and anything else online and on my phone which is easy for me.

First some background. I have been at Moishe's, Storage Post in the past by Navy yard. They quadrupled my rent and then I found Cube Smart.
If been at East NY location for at least 5 years since it was Treasure Island.
It has been nice to have great managers like Affiya. The GM Gary also helps me out in a pinch. Also over the years there have been some incredible employees that have gone above and beyond their duties.
I have seen other storage places with awful rodent and bug problems. Here they are always on top of it when customers don't follow the rules of not storing food items here.
The climate is generally comfortable in both summer and winter unless you are on the ground floor. It can be chilly in winter.
I do wish they had multi unit discounts for customers like me that use the storage for business and had better protections against rent increases.
The parking on site is wonderful and they even have an outlet in the loading dock you can use to trickle charge your ebike or car if you need to.
