Very misgivings about crating merchandise. Paid to crate television that was delivered from store to warehouse to POS. Cleared customs but wasn't plug in to show if it works I kept checking on reaching home only for find out television was cracked. No one accepted responsibility. When I call the New York was told that even you crate glass they not responsible. Why pay 300.00 to crate merchandise. Will never ship with this company again

I shipped one barrel with this company on 10/11/23 to date 12/22/23 my customer has not collected her barrel in Trinidad which will result in rent. Pamela Lindsay ( CEO) informed me the barrel was overlanded and an amendment has to be done, which I'm fully aware of as I'm in the same industry. An amendment doesn't take this long. My customer shipped EARLY to get her barrel before Christmas and because of the inefficiency of Trinbago, I failed and lost my customer.I've been call Pamela's cell, US office phone and Trinidad office phones and no answer. I sent emails and Texts to Pamela, no answer.This is beyond unprofessional and inconsiderate.

This is the worst company to send your shipment with, during peak shipping periods. Their excuse is always customs but I want to know, if their AGENT in Trinidad have all the funds to pay all taxes and fees "to get all their containers release to them in a timely manner"? I'm wondering if Trinbago Express shipping, is only able to afford paying the necessary fees for a couple of countainers at a time, until they accumilate more funds from customers paper work fees, to pay for other countainers during peak shipping times? I truly believe this scenario with payments, to the Trinidad and Tobago Goverment, that is causing the delays with customers getting their shipment in a timely manner. My family sent with a next company approximately same time as me, she has already gotten her own, 13 day from the time it reached Trinidad, to when she got it to her home. Trinbago you can't fool me with that customs lie. Why Trinbago Shipping can't get their containers open, when other shipping companies are getting their containers open? Is it a different country Goverment employees that is working on Trinbago Express Shipping Containers? I think it's better to pay the extra cost with Laparkan or Dennis Shipping, to avoid the headache with Trinbago Shipping. If Trinbago U.S are sending a quanity of containers to T&T, that their agent in T&T don't have the resources to get it out from customs, Trinbago U.S needs to come up with an alternative. I must say when Trinbago Express Shipping have the quantity of countainers they can afford to pay for at one time, their business is hassel free. Twiggy didn't lie in her live. And Shuron you don't know what is going on with customs in Trinidad, what the agent is telling you, you can't confirm it. That's Pamela's people, you only recently took over. People not getting their shipment with Trinbago in a timely manner, during peak shipping period has been an on going problem. That was the reason I stopped shipping with Trinbago Shipping for a long time.

⚠️ ⚠️ Warning please don’t do any business with this company. This is a poorly run, unstructured , incompetent company.They are rude, unprofessional, and highly disrespectful. Two days I waited for them to pick up my barrel which hearing one juvenile excuse to the next. They are a waste of time. They kept me waiting two days.Every time I called they kept saying the driver would be there in 30 minutes.When I asked to speak to the manager I was verbally abused. I will be reporting this to “The Better Business Bureau “. This business needs to be closed. They are liars, fakes, and frauds, their business is shady and suspicious.

Do NOT do business with this shipping company. In my 15 years of sending boxes and barrels, this is by far the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with.They messed up my paperwork through gross incompetence. Even though they were given the correct information about my recipient, someone very careless in their office entered both the name and phone number wrongly on the paperwork.My recipient is now stuck with paying I’ve 2 weeks worth of port fees plus paperwork fees. And get this, their office agent in the receiving country won’t even answer the phone during their normal business hours, so my recipient still cannot get the paperwork to receive the shipment!DO NOT do business with this company!

After many years of using this company, it’s a shame to end this way… waited over 4 months to get my stuff made 3 trips to Trinidad as I paid to ship Pt Lisa’s only to find out it went to midway!!! Where issues upon issues and no response from either the US or Trini office… I sat in my car and watched Ms Lindsay go into the building as it os said she is never in….even seeing her and having it on video I was still told she was not in yet!!!????I guess it’s hard to keep up with lies so one has to lay low..?♀️ .. Sure do miss Carol who was always helpful and would usually return calls… not to mention after all that I was told that I have warehouse fees to pay as I did not collect on time… a host of people going through the same situation during sept 2022-Jan 2023… End result everything g was shut down allegedly due to guns and ammunition being found… But as was told by Ms Sheron they are not responsible for anything after it get there..?♀️?♀️?♀️Support black business they say!!!DO NOT use these people… FB was hot with complaints!!!Ps I used 1star because there is no option for zero!!!

The company stands by their motto "Always Caring for You and Your Cargo". They are very reliable and honorable. I have used them for years and they are the best.

I was charged $10 less to ship a small box. I was not informed that was the minimum cost.Then was harassed for a tip.

Customer Service is very POOR! Shakel or however you spell her name is VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. These people who answer the phone needs to be properly trained in customer service! The owner is never available to speak but you drive by and her truck is parked outside. RIDICULOUS!
