As a home owner with multiple rental apartments; I visit the location almost every weekend and sometimes during the week. The owners and their employees are super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I usually just take a picture of the item I need to change or I would give them some incoherent explanation of what I need; they always find a way to guide me. They’ve been excellent since inception and I wish we had more businesses like this in the neighborhood

Whenever I go here they know and have exactly what I’m looking for.
It’s convenient to have them in the neighborhood and they are very nice, professional and quite knowledgeable.

Best ma & pa hardware I've ever been to. These guys are always helpful when I go there. And usually have everything I need when I go there. I'm 5mins away from Home Depot, but I'll take the 15-minute ride to this business.

Great place for all of your needs. The salesman (maybe the owners) never tried to sell me something I didn't need or make me buy the more expensive item. I went in for a lock and came out with the perfect lock. Very Knowledgeable.
