Friendly service, nice people but don't give the proper paperwork at the beginning or end of the transaction. Overcharged me for fuel that I didn't use - I refilled the tank before I dropped it off. Always get proof! Sad you can't trust people these days.

I never write reviews, especially bad reviews by principal, because at the end of the day we all in this together, everyone has their moments. That being said, theres always an exception:
The kid working the desk needs to go, he doesnt want to be there anyway. I show up for my 10' truck reservation, tells me it must be back in less than 24hours or "extra charges". I know better, ask about other trucks avail, 15' truck "good till whenever" he says. Two days later I call to extend the rental, he tells me
"NO its past due you will be charged 3x extra"
I say "hey bro, I've rented before----"
'No you havent! You dont know what youre talking about" and I respond something like
"hey buddy look..." and he says "Im not your buddy guy."
I'm dying at this moment, but also fuming cause he wont let me talk and then hangs up on me.
Called Customer Service immediately to explain my side first and extend the rental.
I return the truck a few days later after hours, but still havent seen a receipt.
I call cust. serv next day expecting $330--360.00 bill, but lucky me, TOTAL BILL $640.00
HE ADDED NUMBERS TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS so I wouldnt recieve my bill, so he could includ some add ons:
$125 cleaning fee ( I cleaned well & took photos at the time of drop off. He wrote in the notes "floor COVERED IN misc. junk, terrible smell, a mess the truck is unrentable" ....)
$70 Fuel fee
$20 after hours return
$49 Utility Dolly rental (no thanks, I have my own)
$40 overcharged rental rate
---probably more im forgetting but I did get refunded for all those false charges after a few phone calls.
BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BILL

Easy peasy. I made a reservation on the app, arrived at the location, and was in the truck in less than 10 minutes! Upon returning, the app had some glitches when I was taking photos but otherwise, it went smoothly.

The staff at this location are wonderful! I think it might be a family business, which shows because they treat you so well as a customer. They were kind, informative, flexible when we needed to adjust our rental. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience.

When I picked up my truck the back of the truck could have been swept out it was still dirty and the outside could have been cleaned but on top of that not even 5 minutes in I see that the gas tank is near to E which when I picked it up it was on 6% with the picture I took before I left and they expect you to put it back half ways next about 20 minutes in I see the dashboard start showing that the Front left tire need air running low i pay to put air in it and it still was saying the same thing over all I will not be look for these things next time before I leave the property and if not up to standard ask for a new one

Very dishonest business I was charged for a dirty truck that I received filthy and made all my stuff dirty and then charged for it . People like this should be put out of business!!!

Was not able to pick up vehicle without assistance as advertised. Employees arrived to work over 30 minutes late. Requested/confirmed vehicle was deemed not available, and I was given a truck that was too small to fit my needs. Could not recommend less.
