They didn't have the van, which I had reserved. They also didn't have the dolly. I had to take the small truck which was too big for the job and inconvenient.

Moved my reservation at the last minute. Suddenly the vehicle I had reserved days earlier was 'no longer available at this location.' So without any options at the last minute, I'll have to spend a good chunk of my day traveling to Park Slope to pick up a van. Total disregard for my time.

Great quality equipment but charged us for two days (U-haul refunded us) and pretty sure they fudged the mileage on us to be an extra 20 miles (both my partner and I distinctly remember it being different). Make sure you take a picture of your odometer.

The employee working at the time was unprofessional and rude upon drop off. I had a drop off time of 1:00 pm, I pulled into the lot at 1:01. We went down to return the keys and the employee was with another customer so we waited to finish our drop off. When we spoke with him he made many comments about how we "were late" and "in the red" and that we should have added more time for traffic (understandable but not needed to be communicated more than once). He went to check the truck for damages and when he gave me the receipt for payment it had gone from the previously started $40 total to $96. I simply asked what the extra chargers were for when he started "you were late so you are being double charged for your booking and insurance". We then asked since it was 1 minute if there was anything we could do and he said "I know your type, you're entitled and think you're owed this. I have the power to help you out, but since you expect it I'm not going to". Then walked away with no other words or instructions for when I would receive my official receipt. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional to call me entitled because I was asking why my price doubled. I have always used this location for my Haul services but I no longer will.

SCAMMERS! The agent removed my damage protection insurance I requested upon reservation when I picked up the van. When I returned it after only an hour of being with it the entire time and no accidents, they claimed I scratched a huge dent into the van, by submitting a photo to UHAUL of an enormous scratch that I was NOT responsible for. Without notification what was supposed to be a $40 quick rental, they charged me an $1100 damages fee to my personal checking. I've tried to get in touch with them to dispute and get no response. I'm disputing the charges! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS!

Terrible customer service. Turned away when I tried to return my uhaul and sent on a wild goose chase to return it at other locations after they had closed. The attendant at this location claimed he did not have enough space despite multiple spots being open and said he had those spots reserved for trucks coming in later. He then told me to go to a “big uhaul shop” 3 miles away that was closed and did not do after-hours drop off. When I asked why I could not use the space available and if he could redirect trucks returning later to the “big location” he was dismissive and said that’s not how it works and to sort it out myself. A call to customer service did nothing to help and I ended up driving almost 30 minutes to find a location that would take the truck. Incredibly unfriendly and not helpful. The garage is not affiliated directly with uhaul and as a result have no desire to help. Made a stressful day of moving much worse.

They charged me almost double what they quoted me. Worst experience ever don’t use this company. I sure won’t ever again.

CrooksI rented a truck Friday and only needed it for 3 hours but my dad said no make it 6 so I paid for the truck, insurance etc I brought the truck back @7:50 Friday gave the man the keys now today I get a text claiming I owe a reminding balance of $63.50 then later a email saying $95 I called the place 8 times no answer so I took a Lyft over there only to be told I have to call the uhaul company itself a waste of a trip I did call them directly and put in a claim because this is ridiculous I never had this problem before I only used 9 miles I don’t understand all these new charges

Lame employee. His Snapchat was more important then checking in a costumer. So he says you can make a reservation online. So why are you sitting there ? U-haul of Bensonhurst way more helpful. Will go back there like I usually do.

The vehicle they had ready for me had zero gas in it. When I told the employee, he said he told me about it, which was a flat out lie. I had to delay my schedule to immediately find a gas station.

Do not come here! Zero service and Zero help. If you want to ruin the day come. They are smart by not giving you their names so you can’t even write a review with their name.
