I booked a motorcycle trailer here over the phone. I used it for a day and returned it the next day in the evening right before they got closed. Next morning I realized that I forgot my straps in the bed if the trailer. I tried to call them 5 times but they put me on hold every time and redirect to central office. I went there a few days after and they told me it it was there its in the garbage now, they don’t have lost and found. That sucks I just lost additional 60$ because they couldn’t simply put it to the side and call me. Very disappointing

We had to pick up our family of 5 which had 10 large bags and 5 carry ons from JFK. The cargo van was the perfect option for all this. We put th family members in our minivan and we drove the cargo van with all the luggage. The reservation, pick up return were all seemless. This was a way better option than having to scramble for an uber to fit all the luggage.

renring the van is a real pain, with this new scanning the qr code and then scanning the license, it does not work most of the time, then after trying 10 times the rep had to do it anyway on her end, she was indeed very helpful, but you MUST stop this working with this scanning and taking pictures, IT DOES NOT WORK!!!

The app is a little buggy, but not a big problem. Overall, my U-Haul was great. I was able to get a truck, move myself and my entire life, and return the truck with no issues. The use of the app was very helpful in terms of payment and keeping track of my reservations, as well as getting in touch with U-Haul representatives. All the representatives were super professional and proactive. U-Haul helped me out a lot! Thank you! I am grateful.

The location was spacious, the staff was friendly and quick with service. The trucks and equipment were in great shape. I would recommend them and I intent to rent from them again.

Onsite agents were extremely unpleasant, acting very bothered to help us rent a truck. Truck's headlights were burned, the trucks cabin was extremely dirty, transmission was slipping, which makes it very unsafe and prone to creating a car accident.

The customer reps didn't want to be there. Seemed they were just too bored to do their jobs. Need better customer interaction training.There needs to be better signage that customers should scan the QR code or have the QR code outside by the entrance rather than right next to the counter.There needs to be better signage overall.Once the rental is completed online, there should be a clause that says that customer will be need an outside verification once at the actual location which can last up to 30 minutes or more.The website makes it seem like a quick process but it isn't. It took us over an hour to get a truck and we were the only ones there.We went there earlier, but there were too many people and the line wasn't moving at all after waiting 20 minutes so we decided to go back later thinking it would be quicker. How wrong we were.The first truck that we received had water in the back so we had to get another truck.We rented 3 additional items, hand truck, dolly, and pads. There weren't any dollies left but we were still charged for it.Dropping off at a different location was much more pleasant than pick up.

Do not rent from here. The customer service is non existent . We used the app and still was met with dismissive service. We had a reservation, it took more than 40min to get a key, then you go find the car in the lot . We got in and found damages and a wet cabin. We go back inside and the person sends up back out to find an undamaged car. We go get that number and come back inside . We waited another 30 minutes following people that were here 15 min prior to getting a truck.

I LOST EVERYTHING. DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE!! I unfortunately had a unit with a faulty door/lock latch. I brought this up with the staff MULTIPLE times and they said they'd fix it but didn't. When I went back to the unit to pick up my stuff, everything was gone & they had absolutely no explanation for what happened. The footage only goes back 3 months & apparently my things were emptied out the previous year without my knowledge. The ladies working at the desk were sympathetic, but the manager, Dahlia Cunningham, & assistant manager were unsympathetic & acted like they didn't care. For how they were acting, I wouldn't be surprised if they took my stuff. I was heartbroken and traumatized. I'm still recovering from the trauma of losing everything that mattered to me as I write this. When I arrrived at the unit, it was locked with someone else's stuff in it. There was NO communication whatsoever. I'm absolutely horrified. Please, please take your business elsewhere. Storing my belongings at this unit was one of the worst decisions of my entire life.
