Made an appointment for clip in extensions with super short hair, wasn’t sure if it was going to blend well. Oksana, did an amazing job blending and making it work. My hair didn’t move at all the entire night.
Julia did an amazing job with my makeup and received so many compliments. She even gave me a goodie bag to take w me to the event with lipstick for touch ups. After so many trials of trying places and being disappointed, This is the place to go for top notch service and truth they will fulfill your wishes.

I made an appointment here for a blowout, ended up paying for double of what a blowout costs and a completely different hairstyle than I asked for. Instead of a blowout she gave me a super dramatic and hairspray-filled look. Clearly there was a misunderstanding, but instead of clarifying and telling me what her plan is, she just assumed and went with it. I was very unhappy with the final product which took two hours to complete. Also, I didn’t think the salon is very well maintained or cleaned. Much better options in the area.

My favorite hair salon in the whole New York. Master arslan is the best :) we doing hot scissors haircut twice a year and its a life saver for anyone who wants to grown length

Few years ago, I believe they were at a different location back then but not too sure, I was referred to visit this salon by a trusted hair professional from my home country who spoke highly of Igor. I opted for balayage and hot scissor cut, and the outcome was impressive - hair had a stunning glow from balayage, and the hot scissor cut left it feeling healthy and vibrant.
The salon’s atmosphere was exceptional, with a calm and soothing environment. Staff - professional and courteous.
I'm glad to see how much they've grown and continue to thrive—well-deserved success!

U—Mode is the best hair salon! My stylist for today was Oksana, and she is a pro! I am very happy with my new hairstyle! It was quite a challenging task for Oksana to change the shade of my hair after I had experimented with self-coloring kits for so long, but Oksana did an excellent job in this multi-step process.
My new hairstyle, color and style are gorgeous!
Come to U-Mode, get transformed and you will look and feel like a million! :)

A wonderful salon, incredible girls, I am very glad that my friend recommended it to me. I went with my nephew, after moving to the states it was important for us to find a master, but Oksana was able to find an approach to the boy and now he only goes to her. It was very important for us that it was clean and that the child was listened to. So if you are with a child, Oksana is exactly the kind of master you can approach with confidence and will support the conversation ? and recommend a hairstyle.
I was also treated by Oksana, after two years of chaotic haircuts, my hair is finally in safe hands.
And what was important for me was the waiting area, while I was waiting for the child I was able to enjoy pleasant music and coffee.

I had an incredible experience today! Oksana and Ira were amazing! They colored and styled my hair exactly like I wanted! They quoted a price on the phone and it was exactly what I paid at the salon. Super honest business with incredible customer service! It was my birthday today and they literally made my day! I will definitely return and recommend to others!

Someone recommended that this would be a great salon to go to for blonde hair, Apparently not! When I first made the appointment, I went to a lady (don’t want to say names) Who I thought she knew what she was doing. She completely destroyed, my balayage and colored my hair completely Blonde, Which I did not want! I wanted to give somebody else a try, and that salon thinking that it would make it better. $1500 later this place Experimented with my hair. Customer service is great. That’s the one thing that you could give them credit for. The prices are made up, gossiping at it’s best and the vibe is trash. Do not recommend!
