23 years ago I came to the USA and my parents and friends have sent packages with this company for this whole time and are very happy with the service. The packages arrive on time and there has never been an issue that a package has been lost. They always give a tracking number and there’s no problems. We’ve been sending more packages since the war in Ukraine and the service is unbeatable.

Do not even try to call there and clarify or ask something. There are rude people who don't know how to talk and do their job. The workers are very nervous, twitchy and rude. The service is not worth the money. Thank you for attention.

I thought "service" like that no longer exists. Or died in USSR. But I guess not! They will yell at you. They won't pick a phone. They'll tell you nothing is their problem. They'll be RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. DISRESPECTFUL. So get ready!!!They do not want to deal or answer any of my inquiries, or resolve the problem. Package didn't arrive? NOT THEIR PROBLEM. They arent neither professional people or nice people. These guys are just like in ex Soviet countries- they don't give a f.Well, gladly we are in civilized country so I'll be working with BBB to claim their license, level of service and overall legal resistance. Say goodbye to your new clients!!!На русском:Если Вы не хотите, чтобы Ваша посылку затерялась,деньги пропали, родственники остались без подарком а вы без настроения на целый день, тогда ни в коем случае не пользуйтесь услугами United Air and Parcel.Когда я ,как клиент ,позвонила узнать в чем причина того что посылка 3 недели находится в России без уведомления получателю( хотя должна была быть доставлена из рук в руки, за это вы берете деньги) на меня просто наорали два хама которым абсолютно все равно кто вы и что вы. Прям как в совке. 5 раз бросили трубку и сказали: " не наши проблемы,разбираетесь сами". Ах да и сказали,если Вы будете еще звонить,мы забронируем Ваш номер. Это нормально?!))) Я думала таких отвратительных людей,с таким скотским отношением уже нет. По крайней мере,здесь. Но нет! Хамство, крики,никакой ответственности за свою работу- вот с чем Вам придется столкнуться! И потерянные $700 в моем случае.Если Вы хотите нормального,качественного сервиса и убереженных нервов,время и денег то лучше обратитесь в другую компанию. Их десятки. А эти скоро останутся без лицензии, так как я уже заказала проверить их шарашкину контору Better Business Bureau. Все мои знакомые и подписчики тоже узнали про них ,Поэтому надеюсь в скором времени их подпольная, лавочка покроется.А владельцам , хочу пожелать чтобы с Вами и Вашими сотрудниками,которые просто просидивают штаны,даже здесь в Америке и получают зарплату за то что они невоспитаные, хамские, непрофесиональные и несчастные люди- также обращались во всех компаниях, без уважения и какого либо человеческого отношения.Удачи и скорейшего исчезновения вашей "компании

Went there the place seemed okay but the guy there didn’t speak English and sent me to the post office to send my parcel to Hungary. Wasn’t nice at all. Thanks!!

The service of this company isn't great but quite reliable and cheaper than in most other places. I've sent more than 70 packages with them to Eastern Europe over the span of 15 years and none of them is missing as far. However, waiting time may vary from 1 to 3 months if sent by the sea.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! first of all after preparing, wrapping and packing they told me CASH ONLY, there is no sign displayed anywhere, nor info online in any language that only cash is accepted!!! So i ran, got the cash and sent my package by air which supposed to be delivered in 2-4 weeks. 5 weeks passed, website can not locate my package, everytime I call them they tell me they have no idea whats going on, they have no time, they dont know how to check on it and tells me to call next week. I guess my package is gone forever (Christmas gifts for my family). I AM CALLING A BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FILING A COMPLAINT ABOUT RUDE AND IGNORANT CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAILURE TO DISPLAI A SIGNS AND DISSAPEARING PACKAGES.
