My vehicle often gets blocked by private vehicles that are Double-parked which belong to the staff, and usually they promptly move them out of the way when called to do so. However this morning, one young lady/staff member was especially nasty and difficult. She felt I had enough space ahead of me to pull-out, however there was another vehicle parked approximately 5-7 feet ahead of me and her rear lights were directly parallel to my rear view mirror. When I demanded to see a supervisor, who pleaded to get the young lady to move the vehicle she purposefully sat inside the car with the driver’s side door open and playing on her phone. Naturally I had a few choice words for her at that point, because I felt I was plenty patient and courteous given the fact that I would now be late for work. If that sort of behavior is tolerated in that place of work, I feel sorry for the decent people working there.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS POST OFFICE I recommend anybody to go to Avenue U post office instead much better service Either 344 Avenue U or 2302 Avenue U Both of them are great better than this scam Post Office because I mailed a package via ground service it was a small box maybe 3 weeks ago and there was a huge delay on that So I figured that was just a one-time thingSo now I have a Priority package I just mailed last week and now the priority package still says accepted at that post office AND HAS NOT MOVED I do not see it in transit when I track the tracking number and it has not moved since I took that package last week So I have to investigate where is my package that's supposed to be delivered within 2 to 3 days for priority since last week it's still has no Scan they have not scanned my package and it has not moved. And its still NOT delivered so I do not recommend this post office at all they don't scan your packages and on top of that I realized they always have your packages outside in a bin anybody can walk by and pick up any package and walk out with it

I ship packages from this location because it's closer to my job. Each and every time this location never scans in the package. Which lead to no update on tracking. They have lazy workers at the window just talking not paying no mind to customers. They all need to be fired. No wonder this location looks run down.

WASHINGTON LSSA postal worker won’t do her job , very rude , unprofessional human. I’m here right now she refuses to scan my items or giving me my receipt. Supervisor is not present .. she is waisting my time

The worth office in Brooklyn!Staff very rude and absolutely not client friendlyToday’s morning visit to this office ruined my day. The guy at desk was making dirty comments on my accent and my Asian appearance, stating that he is here not to explain me where is my package and why usps misleading client on where she or he should pick up undelivered package.Avoid going to this location if possible! Not safe, not friendly, not client friendly!

Sent out a package, had clear handwriting. TO New Hampshire and FROM Brooklyn. Package got sent out to California, only to be sent back to my home address. Woman working didn’t ask for address confirmation, was talking to her friend in the back the whole time. “9.75” Pull out my card. “Cash only.” Anyway. Thankfully got my package back but the most useless 10$ I ever spent, can’t even get money back bc had to pay with cash. Just use UPS or FedEx instead.

I live in Harlem, but I come to this post office by my daughter house. Everyone has always been professional and courteous towards me.The service is quick because they're a small post office.

Terrible experience, 2 years ago was told I was privileged by the chubby short hair cut , and today I asked another woman for a receipt she refused to take my box … after she took my little box she said you handed it wrong in the wrong window ? I was like so please explain how to properly hand it off , she refused to explain and all the customers were than yelling at her because she was being mean and yelling at me for NO REASON ! She belittled me all because I asked her to do HER JOB!

Every time I go to this post office, I get the worst attitude. The people here are so rude, terrible customer service. If you hate your job then quit!One time I asked for a pen because there were no pens out for customers. One of the ladies said she doesn’t have a pen (lie) and proceeded to tell me it’s not her problem.The other lady was talking on her phone while I needed help (right in front of her) and she told me to go somewhere else. How about get off of your phone at work?These people need to get fired. This is not how you treat customers.

I wish i could give U minus star for worst experience i had in this location! I would never hire people like U! I would never ever give U even $5 an hour! lazy lazy and have no feeling of responsibility! So many times i come and see this location closed without any reason ????

David Chen - a postman acted in the least professional manner when he refused to serve my wife, ripped her documents, called her stupid (because she filled out a form wrong), and told her that the post office was closed (during normal working hours at 4:30) and that she should go to another post office for service. He did not have his name tag on so I don't have a way to confirm the name he gave me. When I spoke to the man he appeared to be tired and indifferent.I understand that customer service is hard, and people get tired but this in no way justifies his actions. A complaint will be filed with all appropriate agencies to report Mr. Chem’s rude and deprecating behavior to hopefully spare other customers from this man’s negativity. This man does not deserve to be a public servant and should address any psychological issues he may have that lead to lashing out against other people.

I stood in line for 30 minutes and the cashier says I work alone and do not scan, go to another department! I do not recommend it, cattle workers! such should be fired!
