The staff at unleashed are so helpful always! And the shelves are always filled and the store is always so clean! I been to many petco’s and the staff are not always friendly the stores are not kept clean. I live in Bensonhurst’s and I do most of my shopping at unleashed on 7th ave i would not shop anywhere else!
THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP YOU WITH A SMILE!😻🐶

They are consistently out of stock on a lot of items, including and especially their own house brand. Also, the email promos they send are very difficult to use - took a lot of effort by the [very helpful!] cashier to get my email promo to work properly

I saw a plethora of positive reviews for this store and they completely lived up to it. I brought my puppy in to find a car “seat” and some chew toys and the staff was so helpful from tips and tricks to brands and items. Specifically Jeremy and Jessica were over the top nice and helpful. My dog felt safe and the selection was great. Just a solid group of people in a world of random retail stores. 10/10

Came here for semi aquatic turtle food. The website said it was in stock but it wasn't on the shelf. The store associate took her time and found them in the stock room. The staff was great.

Not your usual Petco, more boutique like but still has a wide range of product and well stocked up on shelves every time I visited. All the staff are friendly and took time to help each customer.
