BEWARE of this Company!! The Company advertises in stock items to ship within 1-2 weeks. This is not accurate. There are many other shipment dates that you will be notified of later on in the process of your order. In my experience, what I thought would be 1-2 weeks for delivery turned out to be two months. After waiting for two months, one of the items was delivered with a crack. I didn't notice the crack at time of delivery, but did send the company a photo within 5 minutes of delivery to show proof of the crack in the marble table. The company will do nothing to make it right - No discount, no store credit, no replacement. I was basically told it was my fault and there is nothing they can do. As convenient as the Company seems on its face, it is not worth it!

I ordered Sunpan Gianni Office Chair - Dillon Cream/Dillon Thunder about a month ago and received them today. I am very happy with the purchase process from the order being taken to delivery today. Customer service updated me on the delivery status and provided detailed instructions upon receipt. The chairs are perfect for my dining room which I also use as a conference room for meetings with clients.

Had a great first time buying experience with Unlimited Furniture. Order arrived weeks before it was promised which was a pleasant surprise. Geraldine helped me every step of the way with emails letting me know what to expect and what to do at delivery if there was a problem (which there wasn’t). My furniture is beautiful and well made. Will definitely purchase from them again.

We had a great experience with and received a wonderful product (two chairs) from Unlimited Furniture. Geraldine was our point person from Unlimited Furniture and couldn't have been more helpful and communicative. We really appreciate her communication and continual contact. The chairs are beautiful and arrived in excellent shape. They took awhile to arrive, but they were worth the wait. Thank you to Geraldine and Unlimited Furniture for a great purchase!

My experience with Unlimited Furniture was great. Wendy made sure that my order was processed and shipped and informed me when my order arrived at the local carrier.Nesie worked with me letting me know when the local carrier was delivering, and phone me twice during the day of delivery for receiving instructions and following delivery to make sure everything had gone fine. A very good team with great communication during the whole process. The white glove delivery was prompt and carefully brought the dresser into our home. Would purchase from them again

I am not a person who posts reviews but I’d like to write a few things about a very special employee, Nesie my Customer Success Manager. Nesie been so helpful in every important facet of customer support. She is a great listener, considerate, always available, goal oriented and works so hard to achieve favorable results. ??

Ordered a bed and nightstand from Unlimited Furniture and would highly recommend! It was the best deal by far compared to other places and the pieces arrived in pristine condition.The bonus is the excellent customer service- the shipping did take some time but I was updated throughout the entire process by Nesie and her team. Any questions I had were resolved immediately; she was very kind and professional and always follows-up, even after delivery. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again! =)

*BUYER BEWARE* Don’t let these padded reviews fool you, they have a 2.14 / 5 star rating with the Better Business Bureau.For all potential buyers out there, please know that they take your money immediately upon order with ZERO transparency into when you'll actually receive your items...which results in ZERO incentive for them to get your items shipped to you in a timely manner.What a massive disappointment of a company! Ordering furniture from them has been the worst customer service experience of our lives. The only consistent experience we’ve had with them is getting the workaround and receiving excuses about why they don’t have a delivery date.(Note: This is just a recap of the major milestones…there continue to be many exchanges seeking answers for delivery ETA’s and clarity on if our items were even in transit. It wasn’t until we mentioned that we were starting to think this was a scam company that they promptly agreed to a partial delivery of the undamaged items…however we’re still waiting on an item).MARCH 24: We ordered a Bedroom Furniture Set (King storage bed, 2 night stands, and dresser with mirror) that was supposedly in stock.APRIL 7: We were told, “the items is not in stock and the estimated availability date is 4/25/2023. Please note that there will be additional 4-6 weeks and that is our delivery time frame.”JUNE 12: “Your order has been shipped and is on its way to our local delivery company. The average transit time from when an order ships to when it arrives at the delivery company closest to you is 5 weeks.”JULY 11: The local delivery company discovered that the dresser was damaged (so the process for replacing that should have gotten started at that point).JULY 17: Most of the Bedroom Furniture was finally delivered but the dresser was damaged and they were going to try and expedite the replacement dresser.JULY 31: “We're still following up on this with the shipment department of the manufacturer.We'll let you know asap once we have it.“AUGUST 8: “The order is estimated to become available to ship this week. Please bear with us. We're pushing for the manufacturer to process the shipment asap. We cannot provide an exact delivery date right away. We'll be able to provide an estimate once the shipment is in process.”AUGUST 16: Am told that our Dresser *MIGHT* leave the manufacturer’s warehouse the first week of September. And then it will be an additional estimated 4-6 weeks before it could get to us…best case scenario the dresser arrives 7 months from the original order date of when it was in stock. Pure insanity. I have ZERO confidence we’ll receive our Dresser by Thanksgiving. I’m demanding a full refund.I’m raising your practices to the Better Business Bureau, FTC, and anywhere I can leave a review - people deserve to know. Nobody should have to wait this long for new furniture that was supposed to be in stock. (And I’m not the only on to have experienced this, just sort these Google Reviews and you’ll see MANY others have had the exact same experience).Unlimited Furniture Group is a complete scam!

I recently got all my 12 pieces of furniture delivered. It took 3 months, but they already let me know the time frame and confirmed if I was okay with it. I was fine as any other furniture delivery coming from overseas takes about same time.Not only I got a great deal, but Unlimited Furniture group was so professional and helpful along the way! Only one piece came with a minor scratch, but I was okay with it. Delivery guys asked many times to confirm if I were okay with the scratch.I am sooo please with my purchases! My main contact person, Carl was just wonderful!

Unlimited Furniture Group in New York is a top notch furniture company!! Not only will they beat competitors prices but their Customer Service is unparalleled!! Every time I place an order with this company, they are constantly giving me updates on my shipment/delivery. Nessie is a sweetheart and very efficient in her job. After the delivery, Nessie calls to follow up, making sure all went well without incident! I have become a very loyal very satisfied customer!!

I was a little uneasy about ordering furniture online but everything looked beautiful when my items arrived. It took about 6-8 weeks for us to get a call that my furniture would be delivered (very typical timeline for high end furniture). The delivery service is white glove so they set everything up for you and remove all packaging. One of my nightstands was damaged but the issue was quickly rectified. I received text messages/calls/emails throughout the process so I was kept in the loop. It was a great experience and Mae, my customer rep was a delight to work with!
