V poor customer service, seemingly selective depending on who walks in. Employees are also snippy and at times outright rude to customers. Suggest to look at a customer when you help them, not start with an annoyed face so as to make them feel like a nuisance; if that’s how an employee feels, another line of work might prove more satisfying.

Shoutout to the FedEx ninjas at this location! I am I am not sure if the ownership is newer or the staff, but — seriously, they are multitasking pros! I had to make copies, notarize documents, and mail out multiple sensitive legal letters, and they handled everything with ease and confidence.
As a business owner, I really value people who know their job — and these guys go above and beyond. I didn’t have to hover or double-check a thing. They were efficient, reliable, and totally on point. The whole experience was smooth, quick, and stress-free.
Truly an in-and-out dream — these guys are my go-to from now on. Five stars and then some!

I have a business nearby and have been coming to this location for probably 15 years or as long as the UPS store has been there. I've always found everyone there helpful and efficient and have never had anything but good experience. 👍

I am truly amazed by this store and by Nick, the Knicks fan. There are genuinely good people in this world. Today, I was walking down N 7th Street with a box of diapers and a UPS invoice when Nick approached me and asked if I was headed to the store. I explained that I was going there to return the box of diapers, as Whole Foods had instructed me to come here. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the store was closed. Nick kindly offered to reopen it for me so we could process the return. We are leaving for upstate New York tomorrow, and having to find another location to return this package would have delayed our travel plans. I cannot thank Nick enough; I am truly blown away by his kindness. Thank you again, Nick! Although I am a Cleveland Cavaliers fan, I will cheer for the Knicks in your honor. My wife was equally impressed. What a class act! Great store. Thank you.

Surprised at the negative reviews because I had a really good experience here today. Nick was super attentive and went out of his way to help me. The woman working alongside him was equally as friendly, but I didn’t catch her name.
Now that Staples on Morgan and meeker is permanently closed I have a feeling I’ll be coming here more often. Grateful that it’s an option in the neighborhood!

Do not go here if you are returning a product bought online. They charge $4.50 just to print out the label.
They know no one owns a printer these days, and so are gouging customers.
Go down the block to the FedEx Office nearby, print and tape the label there at their self service printers for literally 24 cents (They have a little office supplies station where you can use scissors and tape for free).
Then drop off the package at Northside car service around the corner on Bedford. Northside is a great local business that's been here for decades. Good small business owners there worth supporting. Or just drop it off at any of the numerous UPS boxes around there.
Don't do business with stores like this that are eager to gouge customers at every opportunity.
(Like, I realize you gotta run a business. But if it's not profitable for you to take returns of online goods, then just say you don't accept them, or work with UPS to raise the costs to the online stores and raise your cut etc. Or like, tell UPS the issue here and build out an app that let's you scan the code on the phone and print the label via the receipt printer. I would legit rather write an app for you to make the printing take 2 seconds rather than pay you $5 for the service. Don't price gouge your in person customers. You're just wasting everyone's time and wrecking your repeat business.)
