Terrible! Ive been a customer for a decade and this is now the worst - was quoted one price and they changed it to double a few minutes later. Other times they've lost items Ive had shipped directly to them. Never again

When did you start charging a $7 fee for package delivery? I was just charged an additional fee on top of shipping and handling.

Rip off. Was quoted $80 to send a small package as the cheapest option, already packaged and taped up. Went down the block to USPS and got 3-day delivery for $23. 4X price difference is CRAZY!
