I had a very positive experience at this location and was surprised by the negative reviews that still exists. I came with many packages and was reassured that it is totally okay and they even provided me a receipt and help me carry the packages which were heavy.

My package was dropped off in person at around 11am. The label was created and put on the box by store employee at the same time. They didn’t scan that label into the system immediately. The only tracking information on the package is “shipper created label UPS has not received the package yet.” That information entered their system at 7:08pm that evening 8 hours later! No other tracking information, and it’s been 5 days. The package was almost 22 pounds of goods. I strongly suspect the package was stolen in the store. The contents were expensive and payment to ship it was as well. This is irresponsible and unacceptable. Where is my package?! Called customer service and they couldn’t locate it. Called the store multiple times (4) and no one has ever answered!

It's terrible to send goods here. the staff behave irresponsibly, They lost my important package, when I called their customer service to check where my package went, all I got was that my package might be lost, what's going on?

Honestly, whenever i see that my packages are being delivered by UPS i feel assured that I'm going to receive it and it will be safe. If i had the option to choose the carrier for my packages it would be UPS every time.

It's 748 and the store is closed. There are 6 people out here. The store is supposed to close at 8pm, why is it closed now?

If I could give zero stars, I would. This UPS location doesn’t even deserve one star. My experience here was completely unacceptable, and I will be filing a formal complaint with UPS Corporate to hold this store accountable.
The manager, Simone (as I was told), was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. She showed no empathy or compassion even when it was clearly the store’s fault. UPS made a labeling error on my package — despite my receipt showing the correct shipping details, the label they printed was incorrect, and the package was returned to them and not even to me.
Instead of acknowledging the mistake, Simone dismissed my concerns and coldly stated that the shipping address was “all that matters.” Clearly, that’s not true — the package was returned to them, not even to me, this error cost me both time and money.
No apology. No accountability. No refund. Just poor service and an even worse attitude.
I ended up taking my package to USPS instead, where I paid only $13 and was treated like a valued customer — the way it should be. I will never return to this UPS location again, and honestly, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth about UPS as a whole.

The staff is not so friendly, but they do the job and they take drop offs from Amazon, just print the ticket before you get there.
