Please update the real Store hours on the website. This Store is not open until 6:30pm weekdays and is close on Saturdays. It's not fair t waste customers time with the wrong schedule. Besides the limited hours, the workers are nice and professional.

The young man with glasses and dark skin is very nasty and should learn about customer service and how to talk to people there is no reason the store opens at 830 and at 849 your greeting people with such a disgusting disposition

This location is very convenient however, thier not open on Saturdays and the website says open 9am-5pm. The compant needs to update its website. I made the mistake twice of rushing there only to find the store close.

Arrived at 4:39 pm on Saturday and they were closed even though the website says 5pm closure. Not cool

Online it states the store is open today until 5pm. I get here at 3:30pm and there's a sign that the store is closed on Saturday's. The information needs to be updated online.

Store hours are never right. It's 10am store states it's open. Get here at 10 am store closed. What is wrong with this particular UPS? Very disappointing. The UPS on 7th Ave would never. Different community, different service I guess. SAD

I wish you could give a 0. This is utterly ridiculous that you have not updated your hours. Please stop saying to contact some obviously undeserved email address to complain . DO SOMETHING and update the hours of operation. I will be reporting this to.the corporate office as you are a franchise location. Horrible you can't even have things shipped via UPS delivered to a UPS store because you are NOT OPEN on Saturdays and have failed to share this information!!! Highly upset and this is not acceptable!!!!!

Wasted time & money going there. They emailed me to pickup my package or it’ll be sent back, but they forgot to mention their new hours. Google says they’re open, but they are closed on Saturdays. Get it together!!!

I have been going to this UPS store for years because it is local. The wait time is not good. The customer service is not good. The staff is not eager to assist. Still i keep coming back because they're local and are in a parking lot
