No one picks up the phone. I came here 3-4 times in-person to get a notary stamp during the time that they said they had it (Mon-Thur until 2pm). Each time it was a different thing: person left early, not here today, etc. Just a frustrating experience.

How is this atrocity still open? Never open their doors on time. This place sucks. Been waiting outside for 15 mins, they said they open at 8:30AM.

More than a month ago, you sent a package 📦 to another state and it has not arrived yet. I go on a daily basis and my package has not been returned or sent. There would like to be credibility. If my package is not returned or sent, I will inform the police about it.

Recently, I dropped off several Amazon returns that were all in the same order. The person behind the counter scanned the QR code and accepted all the items. I received confirmation emails from Amazon informing me the items had been received and my refund was on its way.
About a month or so later, I received another email from Amazon saying that one of the items was not received and I was charged for it. It took an hour of my time to contact Amazon customer support. Luckily, they refunded the amount to my credit card.
Despite the hassle, I didn't think too much about this experience. But after reading other reviews for this UPS store that mention theft, I realized that the item may have been stolen.
This was a disappointing experience that reflects badly on both UPS and Amazon.
Also, if you're sensitive to scents, the entire store smells of a pungent artificial scent (like Axe body spray).

Store claims they delete tracking information after 3 days, before the packages even arrive at their destination. Told to call corporate. Corporate says it's a privately owned store and they wouldn't have any tracking information, only the store does. How does corporate not have any policies about retaining teaching information for at least 30 days, and how can any company properly operate without being able to provide a basic service to competition? My package with my daughter's prescription eyeglasses is lost between states and there's no way to find it according to both the store and corporate. Don't use this place if you care about what you're sending.

The most efficient and helpful UPS Store in NYC — bar none. Thank you all so much. You’re in and out of there so quick and they’re actually pleasant to each other and the customer. UPS should study this store to see if others can replicate what they’re doing here.

Mohammad is great , always so helpful and respectful. He delivers great customer service always with a smile . He never looks bothered even when I’m bothering him with my returns and labels all the time . He was a great addition to the team .

Love this store, Especially a young worker named Kloug, always courteous willing to help closing packages. Sometimes I have something to print and mail and he never hesitates or looks annoyed I like that. I didn't ask his name just saw it on his name tag,keep up the good work

Been coming here for years. Recently, I'm not sure if there's a new hire or what. 3 of my last 4 packages have been stolen. Empty box delivered. There is/are thieves working here now and I do not feel safe dropping off here anymore. I will make sure corporate has a nice look into this location.

i just visited the UPS store in 7105 3rd ave and the moment I walked in I was welcomed by smiles and welcomes from the employees there, they were all helpful and even helped me finish my papers not just send it.
But there was this one girl that’s called Yasmine or jasmine she is a life saver, first time I came to get my papers done she helped me so much and notarized the thing I told her to, Unfortunately my papers didn’t get accepted so I had to resend them and luckily I found Yasmin once again and I showed her the rejection and she made me understand what was the mistake ai did in the first time and she by herself did everything for me as if she was the one that needed these papers to get accepted not me.
I really do like this ups store and a very special thanks to yasmine for helping me so much that day she really is a life saver🙌🏻

Employees deny that packages are there, when pressed to get the package they hand over packages without checking ID or getting signatures for packages that require signature releases. Which means that according to the UPS tracking the package is still in the store even though it's been picked up.

The store is very strange! I am extremely upset about their service. Returning a 30 pounds package and they told me that they can’t scan usps code?!!! I return items like 100 times here without a problem. They can print the code but this time they told me no…. I have to uber to the usps store to return the package. Crazy!
