Went to notary today and the notary change my document date without asking me. I just find out as long as your document is dated on the same day as the notarial act that you will be performing or is dated on an earlier date, it is ok to notarize the document.However, if the document is dated on a future date, the person presenting that document needs to wait until that date or later to have the document notarized.If the document has a date that is in the future, the document is not yet in effect and cannot be notarized. A properly dated document is a requirement of a lawful notarial act. please be more knowledgeable about the document date does not mean the same as the notary date. you just need to put your notary date near your stamp. I need to redo my document at another place. worst experience and wasting my time.

Update: I called back the next day and they were able to print it and have it ready for pickup. Why it took 3 days and 2 phone calls to fulfill the order is beyond me. Adding a star because the guy who helped me on the second day was great and should give the rest of the team at this store a lesson in customer service.Placed an order to have basic printing done. It said it would take more than 2 days to complete which I thought was crazy to begin with. The deadline rolled around and I didn't hear anything. I gave them a call and the order wasn't ready. I asked when it would be ready and they said they had no timeline. I asked what I could do and they said call back tomorrow. It should not be this hard to print 9 letter sized papers. Their staff were unprofessional and defensive when I asked when my order would be ready. Really awful customer experience

On Thursday Jan 27, around 3:30OM. I stop by this location and there is 2 people in front of me. It take about 10 minutes and then it’s my turn. The staff got a phone call from her manager to check about how’s business going and ask her stay until closing. She’s very patient and keep smiling even so handful. It’s very hard to find an employee with this kind of manners. I could see she’s very good for multitasking when she still take care customer even busy with the phone conversation. At the end, she apology to me too! You know, when there are so many people like to talk on phone while working and think it’s ok…….So far, she is the best person I ever met in UPS store!!!

I came in yesterday (Tuesday) for notary services and was told to come back on Wednesday between 2pm and 5pm for said services. I arrived Wednesday at 2:15pm at this location, only to be told “She called out today”

This is a busy store in a busy neighborhood. The employees are extremely helpful and kind. They ate very patient with people who are trying to accomplish something and don’t understand the system. I am very happy to have my mailbox at this IPS location.

Every time I go here they have some kind of issue and treat me like I caused it. Whether the internet is down or they can't seem to scan the label I have already printed (and want to charge me to reprint it), it's always something - and when I left today I was called a "jackass"Deeply unprofessional, worth walking across town to find a better shop.

Where did I use their packaging service to package my pc and paid $60.When i got recipient photos from the pc, the whole pc was almost scrapped. I can't imagine how they packaged the pc, and I seriously doubt the professionalism of the packaging personnel.
