There are more than 20 people standing in line, and they are working so slowly and serving customers at such a slow pace that I won’t be able to return my Amazon order for several more hours! This is terrible!

When I have "Staples" reached today in the morning at 10:20. It is a partly sad sky for this day!! The entrance is not, when you get to the corner of the store, but rather, when you Turn to the right (coming along Coney Island from Avenue N), thus where the entrance and exit are permitted, indeed. I like the notebooks, that they have, and I purchased three today; for the service I needed to recycle a few cartridges of mine, and I did at the cashier's, then having purchased another box of black ink for $51.99, mine is XL 62 for 5660 HP. In the third photo, you see me, holding the box with my cartridges; eventually, I have all taped tightly. He, only, asked, how many I have had today, as well as the question regarding account, but this all is for the good, and therefore for free, in the name of Earth. It is, simply, fundamentally, and solely upon a personal wish to recycle the cartridges at the locations of "Staples", so called Good Will. Also, I like the journals and notebooks at "Century 21", and when some location of it was not permanently closed at Bay Ridge, I loved seeing them, just like I do, when wandering around at this "Staples" store. Whatever they don't have in-store or online -- I order, as a matter of fact, from such the sellers, as "Ali Express", "Ebay", or "Amazon, I mean -- "Staples". Today, at the store, I saw, also, smart devices, e.g. "Echo" , laptops with Microsoft OS, iPads, Kindle Fires, computer mice, mechanical pencil sharpeners (mine is Bostitch), the cases of water bottles, and the rest. Hence, I spent $112 today in here.

Incompetent and lazy employees. I tried to return a stylus I purchased three weeks ago which broke. A cashier told me that a stylus is an electronic so the return period is only 14 days.Uh, a stylus is ELECTRONIC??? Where is the charger?? The battery??! Oh, that's right. A stylus is an ACCESSORY. The management of Staples needs to screen potential employees to see if they can categorize items as "electronic" and "not electronic."Oh, and I didn't get my refund either.

Let me say the general manager Jessica was a pleasure to deal with . She was so very helpful and helped me with every task I asked wow I would recommend this staples to all of my family and friends ! She made my experience smooth and efficient and she was also very kind and to tell you the truth the few others I dealt with were also very nice ! But Jessica was great! I am now only loyal to this staples !!! Thanks again !

I had a conversation with 2 employees, tossed a coin to pick the color of my file cabinetand was out of the store in 10 minutes. I love it! I absolutely love it. I was impressed. I went to another location yesterday and spent 20 minutes and came home with 2 long empty hands. Not to mention feeling very frustrated. So, today I am quite happy with my red file cabinet.

They don't like black people. Copy center refused to print my items because they were baby shark stated copy writing laws, Karen came printed blues clues labels with no issue. Made it seem as if I was being annoying because I asked to be assisted with selecting the correct paper so I can print the items myself.

Horrible customer service. After not being able to print something properly on the self serve printer had to use computer which abruptly shut down and lost what I had worked on. Refused to reimburse me. It was only 10 dollars but it is the principle that I had to walk away without my work or product. No idea of preserving customer loyalty. Terrible uncaring and perfunctory answers! Extremely condescending! Great job at losing a long time customer!

This store has gone downhill. Most of the staff are arrogant and rude. I had a simple question about copies. When I asked for a manager after waiting over 20 minutes I was ignored. It was only for Tony who was behind the counter that I got any help. The prices are high too. Be warned and expect little. Horrible customer service!!!!!
