I brought kids I was babysitting here, not myself or my own kids, and there was a problem with my tickets after I had already paid. I paid the $92.50 for two tickets. Then went up to the front desk and spoke to Samm the manager. She told me I would get refunded for those after three business days. I then was charged $33.00 and was surprised because there was no context given to what I was paying for, and I assumed that she was giving us a free ticket for the older child I was with. I wasn't told that she was charging me for an adult ticket and that I would not be getting the refund. I literally thought she was giving me a free ticket for the hassle. I said thank you profusely and was so grateful. LOL. Samm also told me that I accidentally got myself a membership, but that I shouldn't be concerned and she was figuring it out while she rang me up for the $33 ticket I paid for the 2nd time around that I spent money that day. She never cancelled it, Urban Air Corporate members have told me they aren't even able to cancel a membership at the locations so there was no way she could have done that. Today I was charged $74.00, ON TOP of the $126.00 I spent that day. The $74..00 was the membership for this month and last month, IDK WHY I'm only now getting charged for last month's membership. This place is so incredibly overpriced, not worth it at all, smells like feet and is so grimy, also shady as hell. Take your kids literally anywhere else.

On December 9th, I went to Urban Air Trampoline to celebrate my cousin’s daughter’s birthday. Our party host Bianca was attentive, friendly, honest, and professional. The pizza and nachos were good too. A few of the games I played were cool too. Too many parties for a day (in my opinion), to play more games you must pay more, and the slushy wasn’t good according to two guests.Overall, a decent experience. Not sure if I would visit this franchise, especially this location.

Urban air in brooklyn is my children’s favorite place to go to. It’s such a treat for them. But it’s also a great atmosphere and experience for my wife and I. It’s a memorable place the entire family will enjoy. My children can spend all day there. It’s clean and there is tons to do that never gets old. The snack bar is great. It smells great in there but above all the staff is so kind especially Ahmed who is the manager. He ALWAYS makes our experience unforgettable and we love seeing him. He definitely does a fantastic job. Looking forward to our next trip there.

Booked party for 20 kids on Saturday. Received zero service. Server put French fries and nuggets on the table in the metal tray - the only option to take it was with your hands. No napkins, no plates, no cups, no forks. Had to ask for every item multiple times. Our host was Pedro (while he lasted, never seen him after pizza). Brought pizza - left it in the box - did not even offer to put it in the plates for kids. Tables were dirty until we started to clean them up ourselves. Zero organization. Basketball on TV for whole 2 hours during child Birthday party. Do your child birthday party elsewhere.

It's a good indoor place for kids with a lot of physical and entertaining activities, including birthday parties in nyc, especially in winter. Wow, it's a blessing. It's very good for kids ages between 3 and 12. Better then chuck e cheese. But no offense, chuck e cheese is also a fun place for kids ages 2 to 5 and a lot of game activities for older kids but not physical activities like this place. The only hard part is parking, but if you are willing to walk 2 or three blocks, then that is not a problem. You can drop the kids, find parking, and join the family. I believe Saturdays and Sundays parking is not an issue.

Don’t get me wrong I mean the service and staff are wonderful here. We love the food here too. The one star experience coming from the customers here. This man first bothered me when I am using my table and asked me to leave because he thought I was only occupying the table and not really eating. His attitude is so rude and left me rolling eyes before I could kindly offer him to share my little table for two. Turned out he has a family and friends group of six. After they soon found a table right by mine, the man keep telling his family about me not giving him my table, don’t ask me how I know, you know you know if you get those stares and even from the little girl about six years old. As the man turn around and pass by me I just reminded him that please don’t mind this whole thing any more, which resulted in the couple both yelling at me . I told them please just leave me alone since you just got all you need and please don’t let your children get in this because your child staring at me many times. It’s not my fault at all or any of my business regawhat’s going on with your family. I don’t deserve any of those because I am simply enjoying my snack here on my table. As an little Asian woman, I tried to speak out for myself but yet that family is firing at me strong enough as if I did anything wrong not to give up my table and as if I just have to be wronged all they want. I gave up. As the mom said, their daughter can stare all she want. By the way the manager here has handled this very professionally. She is very responsible and understanding. Yes that man has called the manager. For what, you got hurt by trying to take something from other customers and failed? For the other customer didn’t bear with your humiliation? In front of his wife and children, I don’t understand how could a man do something so not a gentleman or even not an adult.

Now for a child this was probably the best time ever. But for an adult who hates crowed spaces. Well it can be a challenge. My grandson had a birthday party here. It was my first time here and was shocked (not sure why) at how packed it was. Again if you like things like that then this is the place for you. The amount of people was just a turnoff to me. I will say the staff seemed to be helpful when needed.

We took our older son that's 10 years old younger Daughter of 13 months old.We got a Junior band for our 13 month old daughter after we we're told that they have a kiddie section. It turns out that the kiddie section might serve ages 2-5 but there isn't anything for 14 month old..... so we went back to front desk and told them our daughter can't go on any of these rides, but the staff refused any refund or credit. We got a pass for $43.99 for our son and came with a 25% off coupon. The staff took the coupon but didn't give us any credit for it. We realized a half hour later, and we went to the front counter to ask them why we don't see the credit. They told us that this coupon is only valid for the better pass for $53.99. We asked the staff to please upgrade our pass to the $53.99 and take off the 25% (which will still come out to less money then we originally paid) and they refused saying that we could upgrade our pass at regular price but it's to late to apply the coupon.

Place is be fun for kids, I must say my 4 year old daughter enjoyed.. But, the place need to be sanitized and disinfested, air/ conditioners should be turned down due to weather change … My daughter got their don’t , no cold, no cold symptoms as we were leaving her nose was running she had a cough. Other children who attended with us also left sick, one child has hands nose and feet virus which come from not sanitizing after children play. As an establishments that caters to children all item played on or with should be disinfected and sanitized due to germs being carried etc…I have called the Brooklyn location where we attended with other family members & friends for a birthday celebration, my information was taking down and I’m hoping the supervisor Sam does call me back !!

Take my 9 year old boy and cousin to go, the price is not cheap, the place is not very big, can play things not much, 3 children's tickets plus 3 pairs of socks money, a total of $155.08, played almost 4 hours. The sanitation is very good. The ticket sales staff is very enthusiastic, but the staff in charge of each program is a little worse, no smile, feel indifferent. Compared to the other one, it's much worse ...... Overall, it's good to have played it - ......

My kids had a fantastic time. They really enjoyed all aspects of this location. They spent hours there without being bored. Using the platinum plan was definitely worthwhile and best option for the kids. They loved the bumper cars and rock climbing. The only issue we had was that at two separate activities, the employee walked off in the middle. While my daughter was using the VR, the only employee there walked away without saying a word. When time was up, we waited a few minutes for her to come back so that my other child could have his turn. She never returned. The children still overall had a blast.

Took five kids here to hang for the day. Have been to a few other Urban Air locations. They’re all similar but with a couple of things different here and there. This one had different things for the kids to do so they had an amazing time here. Bumper cars that spins you 360 degrees, obstacle course, trampoline area, dodge ball, virtual reality, wall climbing, etc. It is a little pricey for the tickets that include everything but the good thing is there’s no limit on how long you can stay there to play. There are restrooms and a cafe so you can eat there too. It’s clean. The people who work there are kinda young.

It's super fun place for the kids to just run around. We got the platinum for the kid which got you on most everything...there's a VR experience that I've yet to see people pay another $10 per player. Place is generally clean and well lit. Food is...cardboard. Would have preferred cardboard tbh. So come full and leave when hungry
