I transitioned over to this small pharmacy after years of putting up with Walgreens. Great staff, great service, and very responsive for all prescriptions.The stock on regular items can be pretty sparse, but they do carry most standard items i.e. tylonol, advil, bandages; toothpaste, and other hygiene products.

I have only had good experiences at this pharmacy and with their customer service. My first experience was over a year ago when I had a large uterine fibroid that was causing a urinary blockage. My Dr a Gyno/Urologist had prescribed a medication that is usually prescribed for men and very rarely for women, the pharmacist called me to check in with me before I picked it up, as it can be dangerous for women if taken more than a handful of times. He was doing his due diligence, and I really respect that. I am so used to going to CVS where there is no care or concerns from the pharmacist, that the level of care at this pharmacy on multiple occasions has been a bit of a shock. More recently, I had a refill that was due that I had not picked up, a few days later I received a call from someone outside my apt saying they were "delivering my medication". I thought it must be a mistake and hospice or some other organization was delivering medication for a chronically ill older patient to the wrong address. But it was actually someone from the pharmacy delivering a single medication refill. I had not asked them to deliver it nor did I pay for any delivery. Again I was in shock, because I do still get a few prescriptions at CVS and end up waiting in line for 20 minutes and it's nearly impossible to speak with a pharmacist. So US Pharmacy is really a breath of fresh air. And I need to transfer all of my prescriptions to them.

I got a PCR test on the morning of 12/31 in order to return to work the week after…and unfortunately have not received my results back yet (1/10/22). I called both the lab and the pharmacy, no one returned my calls. While I understand this is a challenging time, the pharmacy needs to communicate and they need to guide expectations for the longer wait time before someone gets a test. Or they need to utilize multiple labs or use a different lab. At the very least return a phone call. If you can’t handle the amount of calls you are getting, then you need to limit the amount of tests you’re supplying.UPDATE: I changed the review from 1 star to 2 stars because I finally received my results on January 11th. However during the 11 day wait, the trust I had in this business plummeted drastically because I did not receive a return phone call from the pharmacy’s phone number. A partner of the pharmacy did text me to explain the delay on day 8, however the text wasn’t from the pharmacy’s phone number…so again, trust was eroded. I won’t be using this business with my health needs in the future.

Please don't use their services for a covid test. I went here and did a test on 12/29/21 and have yet to get my results. I was told that it would be available in a day or two. No text or email!! Be very careful with this place. Scam artist and I will definitely be looking into making sure my information hasn't been used for anything else. Please be aware of this place!!!Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my results from the date given above. I'm in your system. My email and name is different. which I've provided. Still no results. In addition to the lab number given, It's either busy or no one answers. You can leave message and no one gives you a call back. FYI will better off going to one of the covid vans services or kings county!!!

Their rapid tests cost $65, they are not free as advertised. All the other rapid tests in the city are free, and are required to be so by the CARES ActThey don't tell you at all about their cost until you check in right before receiving the test. After waiting over an hour and a half, i just did it. But do not go here or trust their advertising

This place is great! They offer **actually free** Rapid and PCR Covid testing. I went here and got my results within 15 minutes and also got my PCR results the next day. The staff were super friendly and very professional. It was great because I didn’t have insurance and I was able to get the testing I needed. I would definitely come back here and highly recommend!

The doctor and his staff was extremely kind, helpful and patient. He gave me a rapid test and PCR test.. And he provided very reassuring advice. I would go back there in a heartbeat.
