It's good If
you don't have to deal with the clerks , tricky part is even dropping off packages - when the drop off window is broken.

I paid for two day delivery it’s already the 2nd day and my package is still not shipped
There are also very rude inside this place seems like they don’t like to do there job

I had a very quick and efficient experience submitting my passport application here after making an appointment online. The agent was kind and polite.

both the women who helped me get a passport appointment, and the woman who did my passport application were kind and so helpful. they answered any questions i had and were patient with me. there’s several post offices closer to me but i think i will return here in the future tbh

Grimy location and rude employees. They do at least have one self service machine to help you minimize interactions with them

I don't generally go to this post office but I did for my daughter's passport. They were very helpful and the overall experience was quite positive! Can't speak to their general service but for this purpose we were happy with them

I wouldn't typically write a review for a USPS office since it doesn't seem to make much difference, but I feel compelled to share my experience regarding a passport appointment. While browsing through the reviews, I noticed a lot of negative comments, and I want to give them a five-star rating because their service was really nice and friendly. Even though I arrived over ten minutes late for my appointment (and anyone familiar with the USPS system knows that can be a good reason for them to turn you away), the service I received was amazing. Overall, I had a really good experience.
