Worst post office in Brooklyn. Service in office is terrible (slow and uncaring) and package delivery is never done well (either misdelivered or left at post office). There’s no excuse for this continued poor service

Zero customer service. Previous time they run out of stamps. This time 3 same kind envelops, when I asked for different size- they told me they run out. Seriously? What’s the point of having post office open if you have no envelopes or stamps. Also attitude of cashiers - horrible.

Would advise avoiding this location. They often open 30 minutes late, super understaffed and inefficient.

I don’t know how I have earned the honor of being called ‘boyfriend’ by one of the clerks, but she’s been calling me that for years and even waving through the window when I walk by the post office. Of course, in true New York fashion, I don’t know what her name is and my name is apparently Boyfriend.
Everything that everyone says in the reviews is true, like when I went there today, one of the ladies behind the glass got into a shouting match with a customer and said that her mama is ugly. An old lady in line immediately began praying, while a third lady in line started doing stand up comedy. What a moment in time.
Once you accept the chaos that this place is and unlock the ‘boyfriend’ status with one of the clerks…going to your Bushwick post office becomes a surprisingly five star experience.

Very slow pace. Prepare to be there for 1to 2 hours on line. Definitely more employees needed. There’s always a long wait who in the world manages this USPS. I have been to other post offices and by far not well run. Feel bad for employees. As for delivery with big packages waited home all day and no notice on door way or mail box stating delivery person tried to deliver. Apartment bell works just fine. No notice says it was never brought to my place. Go figure. Also read reviews whom ever delivers packages never rings bell or really delivers package. Had conversations with other people on line whom were there to pick up packages as well. From so call Saturday delivery most didn’t even get a slip stating package was delivered. Employee is to be looked into if most people are here today for packages that weren’t delivered. This says how this place is managed. Other USPS office have a separate line for package pickup. Hopefully things change

A case study on a failed state. This post office is unsalvageable— period. The whole staff needs to be laid off effective immediately. I witnessed a teller tell an elderly woman (who had been waiting for an hour) that she had to write down her tracking number, and because she did not have a pen, would need to leave the line and “go get one”. As I waited for nearly two hours to pick up a package myself I witnessed the staff relaxing, they received an edible arrangement delivery for one of their birthdays and chortled and giggled while the line was stationary from 11:15 - 1:30pm. I highly encourage you to avoid this location at all costs.

My Grandmother came earlier to pick up a birthday gift from her daughter and friends, unfortunately she was met with rude customer service from window 1. The lady in window 1 kept rushing her as if she's not 75 years old. After being told to hurry up, it took 20 minutes of window 1 being disrespectful for the clerk to tell her that the gift may need more time. If she needed more time to finish her pink drink, she could've not ruined my grandmother's BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Enjoy your dunkin Window 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 👩🏿👵
