Bad experience , the woman got mad cause I was 5 minutes late and apparently she had to leave but after she took 2 people that was waiting in line after she said she was going to leave. When I would confront her about it she would walk away and not even look at me and I asked for her name and she just ignored me.

Passport appointment is at 10:30 ... No one came out to see me it's 11:20 camera for the passport don't work so I have to go across the street to a urgent care and get it from them .... This place sucks

It's hot and it smells in there. The floors are dirty the workers are so rude. It's always a problem with the mail. This place is horrible. I refuse to use this location anymore.

Violently the worst post office. The posted hours are not correct. The staff gets actively angry if you ask any questions.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This post office is enabling theft. Multiple credit cards and checks sent to my address, and others I know, have gone missing, and the stolen items are being used in the 11207 area shortly after. I’ve confirmed through Informed Delivery that mail marked for delivery is never received yet somehow ends up fraudulently used at retailers like JD Sports, Apple, and Best Buy.
When I reported the issue, staff offered to “hold” the mail, but that has not stopped the problem. No one has taken responsibility, and nothing has been done to protect residents from ongoing mail theft. I will be filing a police report and escalating to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.
This location needs a full investigation and several employees arrested. It is unacceptable for a federal facility to operate with this level of negligence.

Staff was not helpful when I went on Saturday to enquire about passport renewal. Very rude and unprofessional staff need to follow customer service guidelines

This is the worse office I ever been to they don't deliver packages and when you go is always some issues picking it up your stuff .the only positive interactions I have had is with two ladies.one of them work out front and the other lady wears a hajib and is very friendly

Scheduled an appointment online to apply for a new passport. I showed up and they told me the person who handles passports had already left for the day, despite having a passport appointment scheduled.

Worst post office in the world. They tried to deliver a package on 5/20, I was out of town. Came back and went online to schedule a redelivery of 5/30. It never came. Online status stuck at “redelivery scheduled” with no additional info. Went to post office to enquire the status of the package and was met with a shout of “it’s been sent back!” In the middle of my sentence. Finally I was able to ask what happened with the scheduled redelivery and why was it sent back. The lady was extremely impatient and said that they are short of staff. So they have staff to send it back but not for a scheduled redelivery? Asked why they couldn’t keep it at least so I can pick up, they said they have no space. It’s an envelop.
The attitude of the post office employees were terrible and extremely unhelpful.

The office doesn't have an agent to process passports, it's a total waste of time.
