This complaint is directly for Sharra Fuddin. The supervisor at 2645 Atlantic Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11207. Today I had a 2:00pm passport appointment for my newborn. My husband and I came early and upon reaching the teller we were told by the supervisor that although we had an appointment we would need to come back in an hour and a half due to a staffing issue. When I asked the supervisor why she didn’t call to inform is before our appointment she became rude and irate and threatened to cancel our passport appointment.

This post office is not to be trusted with our packages. I had numerous packages missing do to there negligence and careless acts. Their is one delivery driver Korean to be correct who is just leaving our packages in a safe location he doesn't. Let me be more clear my elevator in my building is under construction I live on the second floor and he will not bring it up like all the others he will leave it in the lobby where there is alot of in and out and the door is always open. This week alone I'm missing 3 packages one I found the bag in the stairs without my items that tells you he does not care. And Ms Sure who is the supervisor does not do anything about it no matter how many time I speak with he re. She always has an excuse. I had enough with this post office and it's delivery drivers and workers. They need a better Manger and supervisor they run this place like a project play ground.

I've called I don't know how many times and they don't pick up.... the mail carrier leaves my mail in other people's opened mailbox and I've had mail missing. Checks missing all the time because people don't know how to either let your neighbors know or do not take mail that ain't yours. That wouldn't be a problem if the mailman puts the mail were it belongs. They have no consideration, specially if they see checks that need to be delivered.... horrible experience every couple of weeks ?

This might be the worst usps store to ever exist.i have called atleast 10 times with not one answer that is absolutely crazy. im not here to tear a business down, But this is unacceptable. Each call was at different hours as well. There is no way 6 hours of a day you cant answer atleast once

To have all my ducks in a row only to be interrupted by a Verifone that has card reading issues with three different cards. Banks say is not them. The server needs to be adjusted.

My package was delivered to another address. From a female employee. The supervisor is giving me the run around. Idk how you can. Click on delivered at proper address. But it was the wrong address. It just doesn’t add up. The supervisor tells me. The employee went back. No one hasn’t been answering the door. No duh. You can’t get that back. Also who’s to say the employee ain’t take it. Supervisor tells me I have to call foot locker. But your employee messed up. She wasn’t even trying to accommodate, at all. Then she tells me they don’t refund. Yup. THE SENDER COMPANY HAS TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. BECAUSE USPS MESSED UP!!! That’s if they agree on it. Because it got safely in USPS hands. So how they got to refund.

Lies about delivering packages. Says they left a note, but there was no note. Why has the federal government not done anything about this office after all the reviews? I’m sending this to the news because no one is doing anything with all the complaints about this office.

Went this morning with my mom to get a letter certified and the worker who attended us was so nasty and rude. My mom said good morning, the woman stayed quiet, when it was time for payment worker said absolutely nothing, not even ask if there's anything else you need or the total is ** whatever it was just mute. I don't understand all this process when hiring staff to end up hiring someone like that. She should not be working with the public if she can't even do the bare minimum in customer service. Also mail carriers putting the incorrect mail in people's mailboxes. My parents continue getting letters from their neighbors and vice versa, like personal information of yours is all over the place due to people not paying attention to their job and details. This post office needs to be retrained and maybe some changes in personel.

Thanks guys for not even knocking on my door or leaving an attempted delivery slip in my mail box for my international package that required signing. Now I have to hustle to get to your post office (which the zip code shouldn't even be part of Bushwick at this point) just to try to make sure you don't send it back.

ALL THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS TRUE!! I scheduled a redelivery after they said there was no " secure location". I stayed home that day and received NOTHING.... more than a week later I suddenly get a notification that my package is being sent back. I called USPS and they claim they attempted to deliver it again, which is a bold faced lie. would give 0/5 if I could!!

This location lacks in customer service etiquettes. Every time I go there the employees are rude. There is no point in being rude to a polite customer. As someone who works in customer service, I understand what it’s like to deal with rude customers. The employees in this location are just rude for the hell of it. Everyone goes through issues in life or they have their bad days but there’s no reason to put out all your negativity because you’re having a bad day. It’s time to hire friendly people or train your employees to at least be fake nice if they can’t handle actually being nice.

JULY 27, 2023 at 96 degrees weather.. I literally just left this place and there is NO AIR CONDITIONING & NO FANS!!! I can’t Believe this is even allowed, but of course the workers behind the thick plastic glass are cooler than a fan.. This is unacceptable smh you CAN SERIOUSLY PASS OUT IN THERE..

So it's okay for mail carriers to assault their customers now. 2 days ago I was attacked by a mail carrier in East New York Brooklyn on Jerome and Pitkin. I made a report as soon as it happened and HAVE YET SPOKEN TO A MANAGER. This Location Need to hire professional workers or better yet CLOSE DOWN.
