This place is so disappointing for the community. I had a conplaint the manager never came out afyer waiting over a half hour but as i look around i said to myself why would she or he care about my mail, my building look at their place of business their second home, trash everywhere. They dont dont give a damn a out nobody or nothing not even themselves.

I should not have ignored the reviews. This USPS has the worst customer service and does not care if you have urgent shipping needs. They will still take their time and keep the item in their possession until they feel like it. Slow, poor customer service.

This post office is always friendly and easy to work with. Rob is especially great—super helpful and kind. He even found my missing ID recently, which I really appreciated.

I had a passport appointment, was there on time and waited in line only to find out the agent that handles the application was not in, she’s been sick for more than two weeks. The lady felt so happy when told me that, smirking in front of my face. “Call the number you got in the email” she blurted out.Dirty place with dirty employees, wonder how do they sleep at night?

The supervisor is the most unprofessional and rude human being i have ever spoken to. Whoever is working the windows with blonde hair as well. I have never left a review but this post office continues to get worse.

I needed a small piece of tape.she made me buy a huge roll.then needed a scissor to cut it.she still couldn't help me.i encountered a horrible clerk.i told her about herself for sure I put her in her place .rude employee she looked miserable with a horrible attitude so sad a young girl has to act like this.she shouldn't accept this job if she doesn't want to have professional customer service experience.

By far the worst office I’ve ever been to. There’s only one person working, and they don’t even acknowledge you when you greet them. You say thank you they don’t respond. The staff always seem upset, miserable, and angry. It’s an unwelcoming experience every time.

I disregarded previous reviews and gave this place a shot- it is simply the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I don't really understand how someone can keep their job for not only not doing their job, but going above and beyond to make people feel bad.
I was first in line and there was a lady in the window directly in front of me just chatting to her coworker. There was a line starting to form and I politely asked her if she was open. She looked at me with so much disgust that I felt like some creature from hell. She rudely says no, rolls her eyes and continues to talk to her colleague. Eventually someone opens a new window and she tells me that the person who does the passports application was sick and all appointments were cancelled. I checked my email and text before going to the appointment and there was not a single piece of communication to tell me that I shouldn't waste my time going. I know this review will have zero impact, but please hire new people or just close the place down and built public bathrooms instead. At least then, we'll have something we can use and there be less shitty people in it.

THE WORST POST OFFICE EVER! THIS POST OFFICE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND CLOSED DOWN.. HORRIBLE STAFF..HORRIBLE ATTITUDES…DISHONEST EMPLOYEES.. AND UNORGANIZED SYSTEM. SUPERVISOR ARE HORRIBLE AND DONT DO THEIR JOB. THE GUY THAT GIVES MAIL AND PACKAGES OUTSIDE HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE AND NOT VERY UNDERSTANDING.. HE NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB AT COMMUNICATING AND UNDERSTANDING THE LEVEL OF FRUSTRATION THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE AT.. YOU MAKE COMPLAINTS AND THEY CALL AND TRY MAKE IT SEEM LIKE YOUR THE ISSUE! PLEASE GET RID OF THIS PLACE AND REHIRE IMMEDIATELY

Tell her the truth I never have a problem going to my post office. The problem I got is with the delivery of packages. They don’t follow instructions when you come in to put package in your mailbox sometime they put other people mail in your mailbox other people package in your mailbox Sometime. You can’t even find your own package in your own mailbox. It end up in someone else’s mailbox I’m so lucky that if I’m lucky someone will knock my door and bring back my parcel.
