This is the worst post office on the planet. The workers hate their job and are down right rude to everyone that comes in the door. They will not assist you with any problems and will tell you to contact customer service. They postal carrier will lose or steal your packages if they service your area. This location should be shut down!! They don't even clean up inside the location and it looks dirty!!!

This is the worst location I've been to. Both ladies who worked there were rude and unprofessional. No help for someone who works in serving the community. Would never visit this location. Went to get my baby his passport and tried to renew my passport since I was already there only for the woman at the window to tell me they do not do passports for adults. As a designated passport location how come you do not do adult passports that was very disappointing. They need to do the job they are being paid to do and not turn away customers. People like them give city employees a bad name.

I came to this location this morning at 8:58am. It says that they open at 9am. Myself and a few other people stood outside waiting for more than 30 mins and no sign of any staff member. There is no sign on the door saying there would be a delay in service today. This is ridiculous and unacceptable USPS. Can the black community get better service than this????

I see what people are saying about this location but my experience was different. I went there during noon time to ship two boxes and it was pretty quick. The cashier was professional and I had no issues with anything. Maybe it was my luck but I wish them all the best 🤘🏾

The worst location; no one answers the phone and packages don’t get delivered in the time in which it should. They say attempted delivery but never leave a delivery notice so you can pick up your package. Received a message package at post office; it’s no where to be found. Horrible!
