Worst post office I have ever had to deal with!!! Most of the workers act like they hate their job!! I have been calling because the delivery person keeps putting all the mail on the worst mailbox and causing me to lose my packages.. I called and a guy put me hold and never returned to the call. At this point I have recorded everything and my next step would be filing a lawsuit against them!! It’s unbelievable how bad they treat the customers. I love that iPhone has call recordings now so I can send all the evidence to cooperate

Representative has such a nasty attitude her name was Lisa. I walked up to the kiosk and she said “ I didn’t say you can come up the desk I didn’t say next I was helping someone else. “ for her to ring the bell 2 seconds later. I responded and said “ what happened to you saying next, which she then proceeds to tell me that she “ doesn’t have to say next; even though she just told me that I had to wait to for her to say “ next”. A lot of these “ representatives don’t deserve to have federal jobs. I will be filing a complaint. As someone who works in a customer service role myself, there’s a nicer way to speak to people.

There customer service is totally absent. Went to ask a question and the clerk had such a rotten atittude. I guess is because the neighborhood that this branch is located, they think everyone is uneducated.

Worst Post office I ever been to. They have the worst customer service. If you are even just going to ask a question they don’t even let a word come out of your mouth before they dismiss you.

Why is it that most of the postal workers that work at the USPS, stay with a nasty attitude. Passport appointment made in advance and still had to wait an additional hr and a half because the lady was so call on lunch. They have no care or respect. They always cry for a job and when they have it, they act as if they can do better. LEAVE THEN!!

Very bad service, nasty place full of dust been hanging there for years. Went there for passport appoitment lady been rude. Looks like she is doing a favor to me and not giving me a service which I paying and she is getting pay to do. A least have a better clean environment.

I have been in my sick bed waiting a package from otc to help me and then the carrier of pkg there is a left by the mailbox knowing of theft and no parcel boxes STILL in my building yet I look on tracking to get redelivery which one is it there was no attempt to deliver in a elevator building unlocked that ups fedex amazon and dhl delivers too...meanwhile still trying to work ineffective phone prompts and numbers that don't get answered. Guess deliver oath doesn't apply. Again in gentrified neighborhood this will not fly.

I really don't know why I'm even giving two stars.. The new people they have delivering our mail just don't care. We live on the 670 block of Shepherd Ave. Why everyday we get mail from Chestnut, Fountain & now even Ruby Streets. I'm tired of redelivery their mail, heck give me their salary since I'm doing their job.
If I'm getting other people's mail, I'm sure some of ours is going elsewhere as well. UNACCEPTABLE!!!.😡😡😡

I absolutely love this place. I've been going here so long that they are my extended family. When I need assistance they are there going above and beyond. Mrs. Lisa, Michie, Mrs Wanda even Nephew (only guy in the front) are so helpful. Without them assisting me with different shipping solutions I dont think my business would thrive as much. Every place have kinks but so what, you'll live. This is East New York it's survival of the fittest.
