I had to bring a package that I need to return from the TikTok shop. All I have to do is just put the label onto the package and the lady was able to take it in without any questions asked! Quick and easy would recommend this place in the heart of Brooklyn

They only have one worker making the line to the door . This is very inefficient and a big waste of time . If possible go to a different post office . This one is not the one you wanna go to if you are in a rush .

Go to the white post offices, much better. We don't do nothing but talk. We must put them darn phones downtime together and demand our due. Our white Brothers too.

The best way to summarize this USPS experience: the unhappiest place on earth that operates on its own schedule and own rules. (Common occurrences include random close times far before 5pm, inability to provide basic services to ship items aka no boxes, no working scanners, no tape, and I’m not even kidding sometimes they truly don’t even ship packages I’m flooreddddd). For your own mental health go to a different location or authorized shipper!

rudest people ever, not even wearing any uniform. Had such an elitist attitude. Hope my packages weren’t stolen. He refused to check if they were behind the window, all he needed to do was move his head in 1 direction. Disrespectful.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I waited a full hour and the man working today at the window was so horrible and rude. He first quoted me $45 for priority mail, then changed it to $68, and after I even told him I’d pay it just to get out of there because I had waited so long, he said he wouldn’t help me and made me leave with my package. Line was out the door the whole time. Honestly stunned at how this man treats people.

Absolutely no lines. Great customer service and friendly clerk. The post office was fully stocked and clean. It took 2 minutes for my transaction.

Absolutely absurd. I waited for 30 minutes to speak with a supervisor because my mail had not been getting delivered. Her staff told me she was in a meeting. She finally came out and had the Monopoly app open on her phone, so I suppose that was what the meeting was about.
