The two clerks here were very kind and helpful with shipping my flat rate envelope, as well as helping me prepare a prepaid flat rate envelope for my recipient to be able to send back. The other post office off Gates ave and Broadway refused to do this for me and told me I had to come here. I will only be going back to this place for sure!

Breezy service when they are actually open. They seem to be closed every day 12:30-1:30, which is not reflected online.

What kind of customer experience I have gotten this morning 05-12-2025 … First of all, the way the lady looked at me when I arrived to the office to send couple packages, you feel her attitude and the rude way and tone that she was using with me … I do not know if because I am latino , plus the problem with the two packages - What is that ? - I said clothes , and I have perfumes- How many Oz , I do not know, you have to acknowledge about that. - I have another small package with tow shirt - You cannot envolve it like this - I was getting mad - I said it is gonna be broken ? No , - She entitled to tell me - You are not gonna tell me how to send the packages - I was Jezzzzzzz christ …. - She also said you cannot write in all the label, you must leave space … And I said - You know what ? Give me my packages - every time that I come to this office there is always an issues - Should I must be a black guy to be treated properly and with education because definitely the person working there since I arrived was 100% rude … Whoever in charge should teach her management skills and the way how treat customers regardless their race

DO NOT GO HERE! I brought my package here to be shipped and it was $10 MORE than other USPS stores. I took it to another location and it was significantly cheaper. Literally anything you ship out of here will cost more because their scales will just charge you more. You are better off going to the USPS on broadway, even though it’s busier, to pay less for the same exact package.

If I could give zero I would. Every time I go here they give me new ‘rules’ or reasons not to take my packages. One time I can’t use priority box for a pre printed priority label (even though the label says you can) the next time can’t accept a package sealed with scotch tape. Are they just trying to get me to buy more boxes or more tape? If I go to a different post office they take it. Massive chore.

This is a government office is not supposed to be close between 1pm to 2,30 pm,because they're going to lunch. I am a senior and sick person and she closed the door in my face she said that I had to wait until 2:30.I have to walk to gates to the other post office. That's was very rude and unrespectful.
