The workers at this post office are thieves, I've been waiting on a package for weeks now, then finally on February 15 I got an email stating said package was returned to the post office because of "incorrect address" liesssss that was never an issue in the past untill now.. The package in question is a luxury item.. and all of a sudden it's incorrect address smh, it was supposed to be redelivered the next business day after the address was confirmed correct, and I've yet to receive it, and no one has answers!!

I went at 8:45am before they were scheduled to open at 9am just to get ahead of any potential line. At 9:06 they were still not open and a line of at least 7 people had already begun to form. Upsetting!

I appreciate this post office and it's workers who have been there for years and do their jobs efficiently, I only wish they were open on Saturdays.

Worst post office ever, expect to be in here for atleast 1 hour to ship or drop off. Clerks extremely rude. Clerks go on break whenever in the middle of a long line.

I prefer to use this post office instead of Rugby. Yes, it's understaffed and sometimes slow like all post offices in 11203, but overall my experiences here have been good.

Understaffed, but staff is courteous and maintains a real neighborhood friendliness. They do what they can do with the tools and people a available to them. Some people in line are jerks, but that is not the staff's fault. Early mornings early in the week is usually low to no waiting time.

Arrived 4:40 and it was closed. No one in sight. Update the time if it no longer closes at 5. People waste their time and energy to get here before closing time especially when they leave work early to make it on time. If I could give 0 stars I would

My local post office.... Went there no stamps, husband went there no money orders.. Today they were closed, and they said they would be back by 4:30 PM . It was 4:35 PM This is not the first time and I went there and it was closed during business hours.I think it is one of the worst post offices in NYC, and of course, they service a black community.

This is the absolutely deplorable post office I ever experienced. How do these people still have jobs here. No change at a post office the people literally are moving in slow motion I feel like I'm in a bad movie!! Avoid this location at ALL COST...

I called the next day the lady was nice. They said their going to delivery it today’s I been waiting since the time and I haven’t got it
