Poor disrespectful customer service, shameful service. They way the service consumer is unacceptable I saw few customers having issues with the window ppl but I didn’t believe it until I experienced myself. More worth the male acting like manager and how he spoke to me when I asked assistance. Shameful customer service. I’m not sure how they let them serve and treat consumer this horrible way even though all those negative reviews .Horrible.!!

A package that was dropped off at 9am 03/19/2024 still says awaiting package. It’s has been 2 days and no news. Constant calls but no pick-up from this location.

The absolutely worst post office I've ever been to. Unless you can do things yourself, such as print out a label, do not step your foot in there. Especially if you need a passport. The staff, the Asian American employee is unhelpful, non present, extremely rude, and disappears for extensive period of time without any indication on when anyone returns or what the next steps are. I waited for 1.5h and despite having an appointment I made online and paid for, I could not get anyone to help. I had to leave. There is so much wrong there that they should just close it and use the prime location and open space for something else because the post office is not serving its purpose.

The first time I went to the post office I left crying the experience was so horrible and I was so frustrated.Was totally dreading my second visit but it went so smoothly, without hitch and with haste that I was beaming. Thank you!!

Staff is so rude, package drop off is out of service, signage is terrible, insanely long lines at all times. Avoid this location unless you want to be treated like garbage & waste hours of your life in doing so!

This is legitimately the absolute worst Post Office I have ever been to. For one thing, the employees are all so intensely miserable and rude, the experience, regardless of their lack of effective services, is extremely unpleasant. My use of adjectives in this review is very, very intentional.Additionally, I have had SEVERAL packages lost / not scanned / not passed off correctly after dropping them off at this particular location, and they do nothing about it.Lastly, back in October/November 2023, the service elevator at this location was broken for over a MONTH and every single package inside this location was stuck at the post office and they did not make any customers aware of this. I had returns, medicine, gifts, etc., all stuck in this freaking post office for literally over a month with no update from the office at all on when they would fix their elevator. I called a few times a week for 4 weeks to ask for an update and the employees seemed to have no drive to actually fix this issue. It was a very big inconvenience to me, and I'm sure other patrons as well. I guess their elevator is essential to sending out packages. I wish I could leave a negative review on this place. I will never, ever go back there. It is a terrible experience start to finish.I could not NOT recommend this location less - truly terrible and a very poor representation of the community. I will be paying the $2 to send out my USPS packages through the Montague UPS from now on.

Didn’t expect to leave a review for a post office, especially a 5 star one but after my visit today, I feel compelled to share my experience. Despite the long wait (almost one hour), I still rate my visit 5 stars because the agent went above and beyond. I accidentally put one of my wedding invitations without a stamp into the outgoing box. After speaking with the agent, she went outside and actually found it. Helped me purchase the correct stamps for my international invitations and I was happily on my way. Keep up the good work!!

Extremely dissatisfiedBOB AT WINDOWN 4 TALL BLACK MAN WITH PEPPER AND SALT HAIR WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!Many people who go into post office are confused with what they are doing whether it's sending, picking up, money orders etc. There were 2 lines in which EVERYONE was confused on which one they should be on BOB comes out from the back and says one line is for PACKAGE PICK UP AND DROP OFF, the next line is for MAILING, MONEY ORDERS, ENVELOPES QUESTIONS ETC. He proceeds to then say everyone would have to wait because he was waiting for a doordash order of cupcakes and proceeds to get on the phone with door dash. As we are all waiting the line begins moving again. EVERYONE IS STILL A BIT CONFUSED BOB COMES BACK OUT AND SAYS EVERYONE ON THIS LINE JUST GO TO WINDOW 4 THAT HE DOESNT LIKE REPEATING HIMSELF (the line in which I was on). Now to my encounter with BOB I arrive to WINDOW 4 because I am sending out a MONEY ORDER as priority mail, I didn't even get to speak he catches an attitude looks at me and says you didn't listen to anything I said I then go yes and repeated what he said he then goes well this is now priority mail. HE DID NOT LET ME VERIFY NO INFORMATION AS FAR AS ADDRESSES AND I REQUESTED AN EMAIL RECEIPT HE PROCEEDS TO PRINT AND SAYS ITS TOO LATE FOR THAT SO I THEN TAKE MY RECEIPT PAPER HIGHLY UPSET AND HE THEN GOES NO NEED TO SNATCH I THEN SAY I DIDNT SNATCH THERES NO NEED TO BE RUDE NO NEED TO HAVE A NASTY ATTITUDE.I HOPE THIS REVIEW GETS SOMEWHERE AND HE IS SPOKEN TO AND GIVEN SOME KINDS OF CONSEQUENCE BECAUSE THE REST OF THE CUSTOMERS IN THAT POST OFFICE THE MAJORITY WERE ELDERLY AND WITH THAT KIND OF ATTITUDE THAT IS NOT HOW YOU PROVIDE A SERVICE.No one told him to pick postal service to be his day job. With that attitude maybe he should rethink his career. AND IF MY MAIL IS NOT SENT OUT PROPERLY I ALREADY KNOW WHO TO BLAME. HE WAS JUST TAKING AND THROWING.SAD TO SAY BUT WITH ME HE HAD AN ATTITUDE BUT WITH THE OTHER OLDER WOMAN BEFORE ME HE PROCEEDED TO FLIRT WITH.Pick and choose your day job wisely people.

The worst USPS ever. Ship lost my work permit in priority mail, which caused me unemployed! My life should be smooth transit from student to working, this USPS ruins my beautiful life without appropriate solution. The male manager is super irresponsible, and he hid from me, telling me that he’s having a meeting instead of actively solving for the lost package or giving me a lost proof so that I can re-apply for a new one. Childish and irresponsible supervisor with careless delivery man. Don’t go here, don’t use USPS when not necessary.
