I’d give this location no stars if possible . I’ve lived in the neighborhood all my life and the staff has always been “somewhat” pleasant. Recently, I’ve noticed a change in staff likely due to prior staff retiring. A male individual (African American male with dreadlocks) at booth 4 was horribly unpleasant, no smile, no thank you, no greeting, nothing. I smiled at him and he stared at me with a rude blank stare. He looked like he’d rather be elsewhere . What kind of customer service is this ? If he does not want to work there and would like to be elsewhere , please do so. Customer service clearly isn’t his strong point. Make way for others that can do a much better job with the occupation. He also did not bother advising how to go about in correcting a matter on a package I had wanted to deliver and was extremely dismissive . As I stood on line, I saw another disgruntled customer being serviced by the same male . The customer kept shaking his head at how incompetent and slow the worker was . He slowly glided through the back , with no urgency to get printing paper or whatever it was needed for the customer . The customers time and servicing was of no concern. All while this was going on, a lady opened her P.O. Box to find a bundle of mail in it that didn’t belong to her , not one worker paid her any attention, including an Asian male whom I’m assuming is the supervisor / manager that continued to walk in the back. Please avoid this location at all costs . If you want rude , unfriendly and incompetent service , this is the place .

Clerk insisted I leave because my dog was in the building. I was there for a stamp for my letter and I was the next person up with no one behind me on the line.

Very rude and disrespectful attitude. They threw the receipt on the floor and did not deign to apologize. Such employees should be fired so as not to disgrace the postal service.

I had drop off a package and they take long to scan it and still not update yet. I had drop off since May 31 and still not getting any updates. Customer services calls online don’t pick up the phone. I went back to ask what happen to my package that I had drop off to the machine. They say either it’s lost and not scan yet but I saw them taking packages out of the machine. I don’t get why they still not yet scan and how did it get lost. I’m assuming that they had stolen my package and trying to file a claim about it and usps not respond me. Whats wrong with the company. I had to drop it since it was near my work and other usps drop off have good services except for this location. Pls be aware of this location !!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DONT WANR YOUR PACKAGE TO GET STOLEN OR “LOST”.

Andrea has been the most friendly and empathetic sale associate I have ever encountered in any branch. She did not rush any of her customers and took her time to explain and listen. She has made my visit on 6/18 immensely positive.

Nasty post office and workers.
Lazy, mean , feel like they doing us a favor, if you not happy call off . Don’t treat customers like we owed you.

Worst post office around. They are ALL antisemitic rude and nasty. The scream at their customers and are hardly by the windows. They have very long waiting lines and the only thing one can see is the manager talking on her cell (she 2 smart phones at ALL times) and not caring about the customer service. Stay away from here

Terrible post office experience.
The service is extremely slow, there are hardly any staff on duty and there’s never any available parking . There’s always a long line, and when you finally get to the counter, no one seems able to answer your questions. Very frustrating every time.

When I drop off packages, they are often not scanned until one or two days later, which happens almost every time. When I try to hand them directly to the workers, they tell me to just 'put it there' and that they will scan it later. That means they are purposely slowing down the services. 1 or 2 good people can't help this place to be good.

These Mail Carriers are tampering with people’s mail falsely claiming their delivering certified mail the mail carrier do NOT ! Do their due diligence as professional . I’ve been home all day waiting my bell did NOT ring

People there is very lazy & moody. They don't want to help and want to argue. Tell you to use the machine when you dropping of a have a large package and need a copy of tge receipt. Very nasty moody, people i ever deal with in my life. Stand in line for 15min and got no help. I need to go to another post office

USPS service at this location has been consistently disappointing. They never actually deliver packages to the apartment, instead, they just leave a notice claiming they attempted delivery, even when we are home and expecting the package. It feels like no real delivery attempt is made.
Based on the Google reviews and overall rating, this office appears to operate very unprofessionally. Our question is: who can we contact, and how, to ensure better service from this location?
As of now, it’s frustrating and unreliable.

One Asian lady with glassed and gray hair is RUDE!!! My request was simple I just needed a receipt for my package and the same person was rude with disgusting attitude.
Here's a quick update on this place. They've got a whole new staff now, but unfortunately, the quality of service has actually declined. I encountered an African American employee with dreadlocks at the window today, and he was really unfriendly. This was my second visit to his window, and his attitude was just as poor as before. It felt like he was annoyed to be there and had no interest in helping customers. Overall, this place is a mess.

Don’t recommend coming unless u go for self service, today i went in to drop off a few orders and the self service machine wasnt working so i needed the works to do it for me . The old dirty lady with glasses was super rude and her attitude was disgusting. Someone needs to slap her and fire her .
