This will be my 2nd time this week of having to go pickup my packages in person, talk about inconvenience! Email says there was no secure place to leave my package and a notice was left. If there wasn't a secure place to leave my package, what secure place did you find to leave a that notice I never received? Mind you my building has a package room. They get intimidated by a big building then lie because they dont want to do their job.

They don’t even attempt to deliver our packages at our building and won’t ever leave a redelivery notice. This office simply refuses to attempt to do their job. No customer service on site. No effort or care in the world. Inspector General please close this office immediately.

The older lady, Hossain, is carrying this branch on her back. She is always professional and helpful. The rest of them make an already tedious process more unpleasant by their rudeness. They also seem to be making things up about timings, and the mail storage is a mess.

Passport ‘services’ here are a joke. Clearly left for a 1 hour lunch break at 1:15 before my scheduled 1:30 appointment. Didn’t come back until 2:30 and took a personal phone call behind the counter after she told me to sit and wait. She didn’t address my concern that she was over an hour late to an appointment I had scheduled and instead argued with me she needed her lunch. She called me to the counter by yelling ‘passport’, and then refused to accept my application after I “slid the papers through with an attitude”. Zero work ethic, wasted 1.5 hours of my day to be denied services. Don’t come here

I received legal documents yesterday and the envelope had clearly been opened. Very concerning, considering the documents contained my social security number and other legal documents. Zero stars.

They say that this post office opens at 9 am. Yeas they open the doors but no one works until they get ready to. You’re on their time. So if your timing yourself to be somewhere and you’re doing everything in a time frame don’t expect to because their Time is not what they advertise they will make you late. Yeah so thumbs down on this Location.

The worst post office in all of existence and the staff that are on this route that deliver packages need to be fired ASAP! Because they dont deliver packages! You go to pick your package up and it's not there! This is not a game, this is people time and lively hood. Please fix this

Have lived near this place for 10+ years. Always been a hell hole. Rude staff who do not care about their job or customers at all, always long lines, always out of stock or unable to process simple requests/tasks. Hate going here and try to avoid it at all costs.
Get it together, holy crap.
