This place doesn’t even try to deliver your package, make in impossible to schedule a re-delivery and always busy. I hate it here

This post office used to have 3 people working the line and they need this ammount! Its been a couple months since they have only 1 person attending the line. It’s long line and slow working. Really frustrating how they cut down workers and started giving a low quality service.

One window, long line, patience destroyed — this post office is where time goes to die.

Took time off of work to come in with my wife for a scheduled passport appointment. After waiting at the designated window 30 minutes past my appointment I’m told nobody is here to help me as all passport certified staff are not in FOR A SCHEDULED PASSPORT APPOINTMENT. An appointment scheduled weeks in advance. Why not have respect for peoples time and notify them with a cancelation? Nobody knew when or if someone would be in at any point to help me. Left with no passport application submitted.

I don’t need to comment. Read the rest
Edit, I will comment: this is a post office from hell.

Don’t go here if you can avoid it. The wait times are insane. They don’t have automated services. They don’t even have a package drop box for prepaid packages! Don’t go late afternoon, or at all on a Saturday, I’ve waited an hour on line. Mid morning weekday (ie missing work) is not as bad, but still lines, maybe 20 min at 10am on a Friday. Staff usually friendly, but USPS in this neighborhood misdelivers packages constantly. My building gets packages for other buildings left in the lobby 2-3 times a week, and they often don’t take them back unless you run into a carrier in the lobby and tell them. No point complaining about delivery issues to desk staff at the PO, they just say “not our fault”.

Severely understaffed and there's no self-service scanning station for prepaid label drop-off. You're better off going to the Myrtle Ave one, they at least have a cart for prepaid label package drop-off 😕

About 20 people here on a Monday at opening and they only have one window open to serve everyone.
I’ve also been having missing packages and return to sender packages over the last few weeks. Visiting here is sadly slow and frustrating almost every time :/

First bad experience I’ve ever had with a USPS location. 20 people in line, only one window open and the woman working was rude to everybody - overall just an insanely poorly managed Post Office

Min 40 min wait every time I’m here

One of the first at opening. I was out after 20 minutes. It has been alright.

The managers of this location are completely incompetent. They open 30 minutes late and close 30 minutes early. Not uncommon to have zero or maximum of 1 staff behind a counter serving a 20-30 person line. Abysmal service.

The absolute worst post office on the planet. Avoid it with every fiber in your body! I went in to pick up a certified letter, no air conditioner (in July!), 12 people in line in front of me with only ONE WINDOW open! It took me 1 hour and 45 minutes before I got the envelope. People who came in after me got their parcels before me. The staff were horrendous, not friendly, and totally incompetent. I have unfortunately had the displeasure of using this awful facility for over seven years now and it’s always been a hell hole. Don’t do it!!!⛔️ If you must, proceed with caution and buckle up!

I’m sorry but they absolutely need a drop box or a way to drop off pre labeled mail. I unfortunately need to drop off pre paid packages multiple times per week and I’m routinely waiting in a 30-45 min line to do so. 90% of the time there is only one person at the windows, they are always on break (which I believe they deserve) however they badly need to hire more people.
