Unfortunately Brighton Beach doesn't consider itself a part of the United States. Nicknamed Little Odessa. That's the reason why we have difficulties with these locations. They feel they're free to do whatever tickles their fancy.

The worse post office hours, and customer service. In brooklyn everyone has a sing no dogs but if your dog is in a stroller as pesially mine was tight up they still did help me. Long story short even if you are blind or you have to walk with the service dog, they still NOT going to help you. I told the. My dog is in the stroller, tight up and than the man told me I have to hold him in my hand and only than he can help me. How stupid. Also their work house are only from Monday through Friday from 9 to 5. When everyone works. And Saturday they are closed ??????? manager of this place should be removed.

TERRIBLE!!! THREE WINDOWS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THERE IS ALWAYS ONE CASHIER WORKING . THE OTHER TWO GIRLS ARE EITHER TALKING ON THE PHONE OR THEY ARE JUST NOT AVAILABLE!!!
