I visit this USPS location quite often, and I always leave with a positive impression. Even when there is a long line, it moves pretty fast. This is a small post office, and I think if someone expects faster service, they might want to visit a larger location with more service windows.
The staff at the counters are always polite, patient, and do their best to help each customer without rushing or showing frustration. I’m honestly sad to see that some people have had a negative experience here — my personal experience has been consistently positive.
The only thing I would suggest is updating the interior and keeping the space cleaner. A fresh renovation would create a much nicer atmosphere for both customers and employees.
Overall, I really appreciate this USPS office and the people who work there!

Wonderful experience! I came in feeling a bit confused, but the staff member was an absolute gem — incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She calmly explained everything, helped me fill out the necessary forms, and gave great advice on how to handle everything properly. I felt like I was in good hands — not at a post office, but with a trusted friend. Huge thanks for the warm attitude and professionalism! Employees like her are truly rare.

In one week 3 of my mails were lost. 2 out of 3 weren't even registered in the system i can't even file a claim cause it looks like i've never send them. I dropped letters in the plastic box for ALL mail and that's it. Both lost, no return and in the system looks like i've printed the label and never dropped it at the post office. The third one was registered but never delivered.

BE CAREFUL. DON'T TRUST THIS POST OFFICE. YOUR MAIL CAN GET LOST. I dropped inside this post office 25 invitations for an event. No one received them. I did not receive them back either.
Either it was stolen or lost inside this location.

This post office used to be good, then went bad, and now it's just terrible. They only have two people on staff and there is always a long line out of the door no matter when I go. A few times the staff would be on their personal phone and not really paying attention. The wait is always excruciating and they never have AC or the heat on. They also have a lot more restrictions on what they do at this location, for example, they will only allow certain about packages to be scanned per a visit.

NOT ENOUGH WORKERS !!! If you want to wait in line for an hour -here is the place . Saving money on employee workforce at its worst . Peak time and one window open while 20 people in line.

I had an amazing experience at this USPS location! Despite arriving after hours, Crystal, the agent, and Lenny, the driver, went above and beyond to solve my problem. Both were incredibly kind and efficient, handling everything with such professionalism and care. It’s clear that this location has dedicated agents who truly go the extra mile for their customers. Five stars earned, highly recommend!

They actually sent my package to the return address because they didn't bother to put the slightest effort into seeing the word SEND TO next to the address. Stay away.

I will add one more negative review! Usps is the worst!!! I will repeat once again - the worst! I am simply shocked. One small parcel takes more than a month! And no one can answer why everything works so disgustingly.

So, when you actually get to talk to someone at this post office, they’re nice. That said, this morning I waited with a group of about 30 people who alternated getting annoyed and leaving bc 10:00am and not a worker in sight. Even the courier who had pickups from the post office was surprised no one was there to open the post. Called the customer support line to confirm that the Friday before Labor Day was in fact an operational day for the post office, which it was, and the rep tried numerous options to contact this branch, but to no avail. The best she could do was file a consumer affairs report, though not sure this makes an impact. Here’s the thing, if this was the first or second time this happens, I probably wouldn’t bother with the complaint. But as someone who ships quite regularly from this branch, I can confidently say this has happened to me at least 10 times if I’m silly enough to try to visit this branch before noon. I have since given up and made the choice to come later in the day so as not to waste my morning. I understand why they took away basically all but one internal drop box (thanks mail theives ?) but I mean…come now. 15 minutes late, fine. 20, pushing it but fine, 9:58 and I have to beg the mail courier (bless him) to take my packages unscanned because I literally can’t wait anymore for a stupid drop-off with pre-printed labels, that’s a little disrespectful to the public. And regularly I might add, given the numerous reviews noting the same issue. Even the agent on the phone said multiple complaints had been filed for the same reason at the same time as mine. Humph. Only upside was I made a few friends standing there stuck and commiserating. But meanwhile USPS is continuing to raise rates and cut service in random places because it’s too expensive to maintain the operation. Hmmmmmmm…..
