Don’t even bother wasting your time going to this location & expecting any help . I honestly feel that every time I go here that they go out of their way not to help you & Or the situation your dealing with. Pretty much every time I go there I get the runaround and or end up at another location. This Location has been like this for years - so I’m assuming that it will never change . Ugh your better off going to a different location to get all your problems , mail, packages taken care off.

It is a very disorganized office. They try to provide a passport service, and that is good. The office is small, and the line of regular customers is in conflict with the line of passport customers. They should have a dedicated line for passport service. And provide regular service as usual. Everything could be manageable. It needs only a positive wish to do in the right way.

Unpleasant window teller. Offering an option and then making it mandatory because you feel like it rude and unprofessional. The attitude this woman had was that of a King on a throne; do better and stop being nasty to people because you dont like your job.

Worse post office!! I made a passport appointment for 2 pm and I get here at 1:45 and they tell me she is at lunch. In addition, 2 other people showed up for their appointment and the girl is not here. They said they would try to call her. I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes and I left work early. What is the point of making an appointment if the employee is not responsible enough to keep track or the time and take her lunch early enough to honor the appointment? I value my time this is totally unacceptable, and that girl should be written up and there should be circumstances for her action.

They really need to please fix the front door. It keeps slamming every single time someone walks in and the other door is completely locked and broken. The door that slams almost took my hand off! Please have this fixed asap before someone gets seriously hurt!

The employees at the window here are the worst. They are rude to elderly, children, disabled and literally everyone who stops by. They attack people and cannot even explain anything using normal tone and voice. Avoid this place at all costs.

This very nice employee Mrs Arnold LEADSSA, very sweet and caring. My appointment was at 10:30 but when I arrived at 10 she took me in and I got my stuff done easily and left by 10:30! I really appreciate you! She’s very friendly too!

Lazy people work here. They said 5 people can walk in for the passport. They took 3, and that's it. Did not want to take more.
