Amazing place, courteous employees, there May be a line, but then again, what Post Office doesn’t? Thank you so much for all you do.

The staff who work there are so patient and attentive. I like this post office.

Was there this Friday for a passport appointment, arrived more then 15 minutes late due to heavy traffic in the area , and even though I excpected to be turned away [my appointment was the last one for that day] not only did they do so, they started to process my application right as I stepped down to the window, and as I told them that I'm sorry for being late, they just told me that nothing happened and they served me with a smile! Wonderful experience.

Worst post office in the US. My mail carrier tosses packages on the floor. They do not keep appointments. Facility is dirty.

If I could give them a no star rating I would. Very rude employees not calm at all all they do is be rude and yell. Terrible customer service. Especially from the old man working there whoever he is.

I have been coming here for several years because I work around here.Every time I come here the user experience is terrible and the tellers take forever to do anything. Even when there is no line the teller will go on the phone for 5-10min until there is a line to start working. There was one time where I put the package on the scale with the barcode facing me and the male teller (at the time) shook his head while muttering something under his breath.I wanted to cause a scene but I had to run somewhere (because I had something to attend to). I am an agreeable person so I NEVER have thoughts like this, so this should tell you alot.I know USPS won't replace the workers at this branch because let's be honest, they don't care. I hope that one day, at least though, that USPS will do something to penalize staff for inefficency and for poor attitude while on the job.

Will never go again. I've been going essentially my whole life to this same post office location and multiple "tellers" have either been consistently rude, nasty, crude, angry, unhappy public employees (Both Female & Male)! No people skills whatsoever and almost seems they wait to pounce on anything said to let out their miserable lives onto you. USPS really needs to do better with their hiring (although I don't see that happening in the near future) or they will continually lose business. As public servants, these tellers should treat their customers with respect and helpfulness rather than abusing whatever limited authority they believe they have. I will continue to make sure that I spread this word to family and friends because their entire team/customer service is absolutely despicable.

Went for a passport renewal appt that I made a month ago. They make me fill out a new form. I go there she said it’s the wrong form and their “camera is broken” so I couldn’t even get a picture. The whole reason I picked this location was bc they offered photo services lol. I also have to bring a birth certificate despite me literally having my passport and drivers license. Nothing was mentioned previously about a birth certificate. Lady was polite though so I’ll give it two instead of one star lol

Only been there for prepaid packages but saw a worker being rude to a women who didn’t speak ‘proper’ English. She said something wrong and he kept saying you didn’t tell me that. Very insensitive to people who need help.

Couldn't be worse. An example of the most incompetent, lazy Gov't workers. Did I mention ill-mannered. If you can avoid this Postal Station, do. The station on 5th Av and 87th St is much, much better. Better still try a Manhattan office.

I've only ever send packages here so I don't know about the other stuff, but at least regarding that part of the job, they do pretty well. They'll always scan my packages right away and give me receipts. My packages also always get delivered the same day as long as I send it by the afternoon. In terms to customer service...it's America. As long as they get things done, it's good enough for me.

This is a review I should have left a long time ago Ione a business in diker heights and occasionally have to use USPS.. No I know most If I'm people use USPS they are not good experiences. But there is one employee that stands out every time they help me His name is Brian he is a truck driver for USPS for the local deliveries and he is an absolute fantastic employee and an asset to the community. Brian goes above and beyond to make sure my packages get delivered on time with care and shows genuine concern if there's any problems. The old the only reason that I like to use USPS is because of Bryan and other employees like Brian who I deal with on occasion from this Post Office

When ever my usual postal provider is off or on vacation my mail is sent elsewhere. When you go to the post office to complain they do basically nothing! Not a very professional environment and rude workers.
