Been a few times as it's our neighborhood spot, but never felt compelled to write a review until today. Liam was patient, kind, and efficient. I've yet to have a bad experience with any of the reps at this location, too.

Very unreliable open hours. Twice in the last month I went and they weren’t open when it was supposed to be. Once at 9:30 AM (30 minutes after opening) and once on a Thursday at 10:30. If you’re having a staffing issue there should at least be a sign stating such.

I'll always appreciate post offices for the great service they provide to society, and this post office is particularly great! The staff is always helpful and patient with me if I mess something up.

I can’t believe I’m rating my experience at a post office on the Friday afternoon before Christmas- but it was honestly the most pleasant and easy experience I’ve ever had at a post office. Thanks to the lovely man working at the first window today at 445pm. You are appreciated!

I don’t think this location deserves all the 1-star ratings - yes, it’s a small post office so there is sometimes a bit of a wait, but when you get to the counter the service is typically quite efficient in my experience

Nothing against the staff, but it's the smallest and smelliest post office that I've been to. Try to avoid during peak hours so you can get in and out fast

This is a 4 star review compared to other USPS locations. The staff here are very kind and efficient. They all know their stuff and some of them will even helpfully explain nice little tips and tricks for packaging your items better so they arrive intact. I go pretty often with prepaid QR codes and the process is seamless. It's a smaller USPS without the capacity for large packages and no self-checkout kiosks so plan accordingly (the USPS on 9th St is larger and has a self-checkout kiosk). So my only complaint, if you can call it that, is that I wish it had self-checkout kiosk to make it a little faster for customers like myself and free up the staff for customers who need more help. However, the location is very small so I don't think they can fit a kiosk in. In times when they are short-staffed the lines can get a little long but this is to be expected. The staff work hard and with a smile to keep the line moving quickly.
