I didn’t get the delivery even though it said the package was delivered to the mailbox. It’s impossible to reach the office, no one ever pick up the phone! The worst postal service

When are they going to fix this? One employee for a whole community is not enough! This is ridiculous and slow

Very rude USPS employee at Bay Station (2628 E 18th St, Brooklyn). I politely asked how to send a letter — he started yelling, refused to help, and wouldn’t accept my mail. When I calmly asked for his name, he refused to tell me and stood far away so I couldn’t read his badge. He said, “Go somewhere else.” Unacceptable behavior, especially for someone mailing for the first time.

July 11, 2025.
I received a letter from the bank torn without the second half in a United States Postal Service envelope. This is a complete disgrace! I would like to know where the second half is. I think that what is happening in this post office requires investigation.
I have all the evidence /photos/ !!!!!!
I see how many complaints about this post office ,left by outraged customers. But unfortunately no measures are taken.

If you're sending mail with a tracking number, it's supposed to reach its destination — that's the whole point. But with USPS, it doesn't always work that way. It's hard to have hope when the employees act like they don't care

I always go to this car! Because it's close to home, the service is terrible, the man doesn't know how to talk, he always yells and harasses, you can't communicate with people like that at work, so many people complain about this employee, why is there no reaction?! How can people be like that and put such evil and unkind people in there, it's terrible to work with people, of course, it's a shame there's no other place nearby!

This is zero stars! My package requires a signature and they come to my building and don’t even make an attempt to see me so I CAN PUT A SIGNATURE leave the notice and go! It’s been 2 times already! I buzz you in and waiting for you and you are too lazy to do ur job! IF IT REQUIRES A SIGNATURE IT MEANS YOU HAVE TO GET ONE BY SEEING ME!

After multiple unpleasant encounters, I checked other reviews for this location and wasn’t surprised to see similar complaints about the older male employee working in the truck. His attitude and customer service are completely unacceptable for someone in a public service role. It seems like he’s grown far too comfortable sitting in his truck instead of treating customers with respect. USPS should provide better training to ensure employees understand the importance of professionalism and courteous service.

USPS IS BECOMING ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE ORGANIZATION.
THEY CANNOT FIND THE PACKAGE .
TRUCKING NUMBER DID NOT SHOW TRUE INFORMATION WHERE ,THE PACKAGE IS.
REPRESENTATIVES TOTALLY USELESS.
PACKAGE IS LOST AND THEY CANNOT HELP,
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT, THEY DO NO WANT TO HELP, BECAUSE NO ONE CAN BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIVITY IN USPS.
CARELESS AND UNBELIEVABLY LAWLESS
ORGANIZATION. WE WILL INFORM
CONGRESSMAN. USPS MUST BE READY FOR
INVESTIGATIONS AND REORGANIZATION.
