The easiest part of dealing with them is the part where they take your money, it's all downhill from there. The only positive thing about this establishment is the prices which are quite reasonable. However if getting your print job at the promised time is important to you or getting errors which they're at fault for corrected (even when you can prove from your emails with them that they're at fault) is important to you it's probably best that you go elsewhere. To be clear they don't always make errors and aren't always late so if you don't mind rolling the dice and don't mind subpar customer service this might be the right place for you.
