Very good service, they were very quick in the service, always a nice experience and a nice chat with the staff. The pharmacist Carlos is very helpful also the tech named Aza is very nice and knowledgeable.

I'm waiting to refill a dermatology prescription. This is my second attempt as I tried to refill tjos same prescription a day a last week at opening and was turned away. Now they tried to say that my prescription refills were all done- mistaking it for another prescription. Now they are delaying whatever they can to not give me my precription. They are fully staffed and cracking jokes.

The main pharmacist is knowledgeable and compassionate. The other pharmacist is just terrible. They hadn't given me all of the pills for my son's prescription, and when I went back in to get them, he claimed they'd given me everything. He wouldn't even discuss it with me, and sent me away with no medications for my little boy. I went to another pharmacy nearby that took the time to help me to figure out another (easy!) solution with compassion. When ValRx eventually located and gave me the missing pills, there was no apology. I have moved all my prescriptions somewhere else.
