Three employees, including the manager, stood behind the counter doing nothing while I, a paying customer, was ignored. When I finally got their attention, their dismissive and uninterested attitudes made it clear they had no intention of helping me. Instead of finding out what I needed, they ended the conversation prematurely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
A business that values its customers should employ staff who actually want to assist people, not those who treat customers like an inconvenience. If this is the standard of service here, I can’t imagine how they stay in business. Hire competent employees who take pride in their work, or continue losing customers. Your choice.

As I was entering the store, I heard an employee casually use the n word. Classy.

If I could also give this place a 0, I would. My mother and I were met with unprofessionalism from a "man" who ended up raising his voice at us when we had more questions about our situation. I'm not sure what kind of man raises his voice at two women. He acted like he didn't want to help us at all, didn't troubleshoot, and as another review mentioned, told us to call a number. I guess people don't work at work anymore. No other person in the store intervened when a grown man was yelling at two female customers either. Disgusting behavior from this person. No help at all. Don't ever go here.

Terrible ,terrible service. After what only can hardly call being greeted unapologetically told that no one is there to help, just wait to the side. Once someone became available ,was barked at by one of the employees while he hung over the bar at the entrance of the store. Once I indicated i would like to know what my options would be for my plan , I received snarky remarks about how i should know what i want. Instead of any help whatsoever. I left without any help. Never again.

Rude and antagonizing customers instead of trying to help.

Terrible. Just ATROCIOUS customer service. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS LOCATION. You will be helped so much better somewhere else! This location should be shut down.

All they said was "Contact customer service (we don't do it here.)" I called the customer service on the spot but the customer service representative needed to talk to the shop staff, but the staff refused at first. Then a staffer reluctantly got on the phone, but she started screaming at the customer service representative and criticizing him out loud in the store. Utterly unprofessional. Nothing was solved there. I ended up going to the Verizon Wall street store and the problem was solved within 5 minutes. We need alternative to Verizon.

The store manager was semi helpful. Everyone there was just standing around and if you ask them any question about your Verizon problem, they will tell you “sorry can’t help you need to call Verizon support”. A bunch of people that not willing to understand your problem and help you. And this is a corporate store location so worst of the worst. All they do is to sell you the phone and plan and once the contract is signed, they don’t take responsibility for anything that goes wrong. You need to spend hours and hours on the customer services line yourself. Save yourself a trip and just go to T-Mobile.

For one . No one wanted to help me or my mother. The rep I worked with directed me to call CS which i could have done on my own. BCb as an adult I never woulda thought to call CS. CS directed me to the store. Be serious guys its 2025 most people can handle things on their own. I clearly was sent there.
Then, Was never given a receipt and when i asked was told it would be emailed....you guess it...never got an email.
IDK if this is a commission grab ....I worked in activations before....I get it a return sucks.
But you can't decide to not provide what people need so you don't get a chargeback. Essentially w/o the receipt I could not return anything. Called CS and I'm waiting for one in the mail. So that charge back might come either way....just A HEADS UP TO the guy that worked my account while making personal calls...
I will never do business here or with Verizon for that matter.

They are big scammers. I visited a T-Mobile store to inquire about business internet. The salesman asked which company I used for my regular cell phone, and when I said T-Mobile, he told me he had a great offer. He suggested that if I switched to Verizon, he could make my bill half the price and take care of any unpaid phones with T-Mobile. I agreed to switch to Verizon and paid off all my phones with T-Mobile. The salesman assured me that everything would be set up on my account the following week.
However, after a week, I saw that my bill had nearly doubled. It went from $230 with T-Mobile to $431 with Verizon, and it kept increasing the next month. I returned to the store, which was difficult to access due to parking issues, and asked the salesman why my bill was so high. He told me it would be adjusted very soon.
After a month, Verizon suspended my line. When I went back to the store, I asked someone where I could find Dayne (the salesman). They told me he no longer worked there. I explained my situation to another employee, but he said he didn't know what to do and that the manager was unavailable.
I returned a few days later, but no one was willing to help. They were unsure of what to do and gave me Din's contact number. I called him many times, but he never answered or replied to my texts. I noticed my second month's bill was over $700, so I decided to return to T-Mobile, where my bill was again $230.
They are very big scammers. Everyone should be careful when dealing with them.

My complaint is that the phone number customer service gives you doesn't lead you to the store. I purchased my phone online for pickup and the website wasn't telling me it was ready. Customer service said call the store to see if it's ready but its just to their toll free ,number. Not the store. The worker in the store even confirmed this. They didnt care about my concern just wanted to give me the phone and thats it,

I went to the employee to ask for help, but his treatment was disrespectful and his words were harsh. I felt like he wanted to fight with me, and his words were very harsh. I was thinking of canceling the Frazan company service and getting another company.

If I could give this Verizon Corporate Store at the Atlantic Center in Brooklyn zero stars, I would. This location is the epitome of unprofessionalism and incompetence.
First, let’s talk about the manager. You’d think the person in charge would set an example, but instead, the manager seemed more interested in avoiding customers than helping them. His dismissive attitude and condescending tone made it clear that they have zero regard for customer concerns. It felt like an uphill battle just to get a straightforward answer, and every interaction left me wondering how someone with such a lack of basic courtesy could hold a managerial position.
Now, onto the technical staff—or should I say the lack of it? They either don’t know what they’re doing or couldn’t care less. Absolutely disgraceful!
To top it all off, the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting the frustrated customers standing around. The lack of professionalism across the board was infuriating, and it’s clear this location doesn’t value its customers' time or money.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs.
