Had a wonderful experience dealing with Steven at the Verizon store on Prospect Park west. I traded in my old phone to purchase a new one and Steven made the process so easy. He really knows his way around both I phones and androids. There was any questions he couldn't answer and I watched him help multiple people customers with the craziest of questions. I would definitely do business with Steven again. A very professional young man.

Khuram was very helpful and got me set up with a new plan and phone painlessly. There was a technical issue but he handled it with Verizon and I didn't have to do anything. Great service and he was very friendly.
