I held off on this review but two months later I’m still so angry about how I was treated at the store that I’m posting it. I purchased a new iPhone from a different Verizon store at the end of October. I was told that I had 30 days to take an advantage of an offer to get an Apple Watch for $150. Two days later, I had to go to this store because of an issue with that new phone and the store manager here told me the same thing: I had 30 days from the purchase date to get a new Apple Watch for $150. A couple weeks later I contacted Verizon directly, I was told it $150 off, not $150 final price. So I called this store to ask and was told I would get it for 150 and come into the store. I asked them to confirm - price was $150 not $150 off, and I also explained that I’m physically disabled, so coming into the store was a major and difficult undertaking for me so I needed to confirm that I would be getting what I was told I would get. At that point the sales person told me that if I came in that day, I could get it Apple Watch for free so yes yes come in come in. I came in and that sales person said $150 off. And I got upset because I had physically struggled to get there for the price I confirmed on the phone after explaining that I’m disabled and that sales person started screaming me down instead of listening to what I was trying to say. The second person who works there was nice and professional and told me that the free Apple Watch was only for purchases within the last few days – also information I could have accurately been told on the phone if the person who answered the phone cared about human decency and not just about scamming people and making commissions. He suggested I call Verizon directly to tell them what had happened. I made the call and was told that I’d get an answer within a week and surprise surprise it two months later, I have exhausted myself spending hours trying to get Verizon to respond to this ticket, I don’t have an Apple Watch but I did have to spend that weekend in bed physically recovering from the strain of going to the store and being screamed at. There’s no excuse for point blank lying to a customer who informs you that she is disabled and will have a physical problem coming to the store and just ask for the basic professional courtesy of being told correct information on the phone. And there’s no excuse for screaming at a customer when she is trying to explain to your face that you lied to her and caused her avoidable physical distress.

Watch out if you shop here. When I bought a new phone, the store manager said it would save me $10/month to get a apple watch, which I didn't want. But he assured me it would just save me money, so I took it. Then, my bill went up because he had signed me up for a protection plan for the device I didn't even want. He also didn't tell me that I was technically buying a product that costs hundreds of dollars so if I decided to switch service providers, instead of saving me $10 per month, I'd be on the hook to pay off the watch I never wanted and don't use. This is a problem because I've realized I should switch providers to one that has a cheaper international travel plan. And when I tried to return it, he said it was too late because I was past the return date. Of course, I was past the return date because I hadn't realized how I'd been misled until I saw a monthly bill later.In fairness, they're perfectly polite and I don't even think it's their intent to con you so much as they upsell you and don't warn you about the potential risks and drawbacks. But at the end of the day, you can get taken advantage of.

Good service, courteous and polite. Yet I had an LG android and charging port was shot. Neither salesperson suggested using a WiFi disk charger to help with the problem which my husband figured out. They were telling me my phone was outdated and needed to upgrade which I will when I have the money.

I had a superb experience yesterday afternoon, Shayain was pleasant and friendly, knowledgeable about Verizon's offering and guided me through an upgrade. Previously, I would buy iPhones direct from Apple, but the trade-in offer and insurance offered by Verizon was too good to pass up.

We were dealing with an issue that no one at a Verizon store or Apple Store could resolve, but Steven. He is so competent, knowledgeable, helpful and on top of that very friendly. We would always go back to him!

Steven at this shop is amazing! I saw him go out of his way to help a customer before me and he helped fix my issue with activating my new iphone right away. He is kind, courteous, and was a gentleman helping service all of the customers there - he is extremely knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend coming here if you have any issues with Verizon!

i had incredible service setting up three new devices at the prospect park store . The rep Steven was fantastic . He was patient efficient , so polite and quick . It was a very pleasant experience .
