This Verizon was very unhelpful in supporting me with my needs when I went into the store this morning. This morning Verizon mistakenly cut off my line, removing access to my data, texting, and calling. Because of this, I obviously could not call the customer service line to reach a live agent to help me so I opted to go into this store. When I went in, the person helping me was quite timid and unresponsive when I explained this situation and kept saying he could not help me and that I had to call customer service despite explaining my phone did not allow me to do this. Had my partner not gone in with me, I wouldn't have been able to get anything done. I kept asking for solutions, such as using their store line, which they did not allow me to do. When I asked why this was not possible, the agent simply shrugged it off. The one thing he did do was give me access to the store wifi so I could try calling through the internet (which eventually didn't work either). While I acknowledge that this issue wasn't the CSR's fault, they provided no support or solutions in addressing the issue. There were 5 representatives in there, all looking down/scrolling on their personal phones, providing no assistance to my issue. Horrible customer service. Won't be coming back. Verizon needs better infrastructure to support these issues when mistakes like this are made by them. Had I not been able to use my partners phone, the issue would not have been solved. This was completely unprofessional and ridiculous.

Had a sim card issue. They were upfront and diligent even though they could not solve it. They then directed me towards a cost effective solution at the Verizon store (which was a far less pleasant experience). Very good experience. I will buy my phone from them next time too
